The Space:
This spacious studio apartment offers a comfortable king-size bed, a relaxing couch, and a TV with Chromecast as well as high-speed WiFi. Enjoy preparing meals in the fully-equipped kitchen. The private bathroom includes a bathtub for your comfort. Plus, there is a private balcony, in-unit laundry and a free parking, making this studio a perfect city getaway!
Located just steps away from the Viaduct, Sky Tower, and other top attractions in Auckland, this studio apartment serves as an ideal base for your city adventure!
The dishwasher is currently out of order. Please use kitchen sink for washing dishes.

Guests staying in this privately owned apartment have full access to the entire unit within the Heritage Tower building, which offers excellent security. While you're welcome to use the building's facilities, please note that hotel services such as room service, valet parking, luggage assistance, and hotel check-in are not available.

This property includes a carpark at Tournament carpark on Nelson street, which is just across the street. No reservation is needed.

This is a privately owned apartment within the building shared with the 'Heritage Hotel Auckland,' but it is not managed by the hotel. For any queries, please feel free to contact us directly.
Pre-Check-In Requirements:
*We require a government ID (Passport or Driver's License) and an online check-in form to be completed for the main guest before check-in. This is a building requirement for short-term rentals for security and insurance purposes. A link to complete the form will be sent closer to your check-in date.
*As per our damage policy, a NZD $350 damage deposit is required to be paid 7 days before arrival via a secure Stripe payment link. The deposit will be fully refunded or reversed within 8-14 days after check-out, provided no issues are found. We’ll send the payment link closer to your check-in date.
Self check-in to this apartment:
*There are two Heritage Hotels next to each other. Your apartment entrance is on Nelson Street, but key pick-up is at the other Heritage Hotel.
*Key pick-up is at a 24/7 lockbox room labeled “Airbnb Key Pick-Up Room” at 35 Hobson Street, which is in a different building from your apartment at 22 Nelson Street. You can park at the drop-off zone on Gorst Lane to pick up the key. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent before your arrival.
*There is 1 car park included, more details will be provided with SELF CHECK IN instructions.
*There is NO luggage storage available for this apartment, but we can suggest a few paid options nearby.
*Our check-in time is 3pm, for early check-in request, please double check with us in advance for availability.
During stay & Departure:
*We provide a full set of beddings & linens as well as a set of towels per guest.
Extra linens can be provided at a fee, please get in touch for more details.
*Extra cleaning service & linens changing can be arranged during your stay at additional cost, the fee would be the same as the cleaning fee listed per clean.
For booking more than 21 days, a mid-stay cleaning would be required at guest’s expense, please contact us to request any cleaning service in advance.
*We provide a starter pack of refreshments and essentials that will last for your first few days, please purchase on your own when the stocks are running out.
