Relax and this unique and romantic getaway. Listen to the birds and gaze at the forest. Outside hottub (extra $75 fee includes cleaning and chemical set-up). Located at the top of a small hill, this two-floor barndominium is nestled in the middle of nature. Many hiking trails. Creek right in front! Come enjoy in perfect solitude within a 2000 acre conservation easement. NO PETS. NO LARGE TRUCKS over bridge.

The Space:
Bedroom, kitchen, dining/ living room, laundry, and master bathroom with amazing porch/deck on second floor.
Walk-in first floor living room with full bed and twin bed and hammock.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire unit and all surrounding space, including many walking trails.

The Neighborhood:
Big East Fork Valley is a unique pristine watershed with miles of hiking trails, two lakes, and several ponds. The Center for Sustainable Stewardship and Big East Fork Farms are located on the 5-mile long country road with little traffic. Great for bike rides and leisurely walks. The dark sky allows for the best stargazing in the area. 6 miles from Leipers Fork and downtown Franklin.

Getting Around:
It's best to have a personal car but Uber and Lyft serve us. Bicycles are great to have and walking is superb.

Other Things to Note:
This house in surrounded by the forest. You may be visited by mice, insects, and reptiles. If this freaks you out, then please choose another place. We consider our bugs to be features, but maybe you wouldn't. If you dont love nature, this isnt the place for you.

Since the bathroom is on the second floor, this house cannot accomodate all persons.
