Welcome to The BarHouse- the happiest airBnB in Tennessee! Nestled close to two of the hottest travel destinations in Nashville (The Factory in Franklin - 2 min drive from our home & Historic Downtown Franklin- just a 6 min drive!) our 3 bed/2 bath 1-level home offers beautiful and cozy bedrooms, as well as the most magical fenced-in backyard.

The Space:
The BarHouse is the coziest getaway in Franklin, TN. Cuddle by the fireplace or in our beautiful, welcoming bedrooms. We can’t wait for you to visit and hope you feel comfortable in our quaint, little home.

If you need to rent a vehicle we have a Mercedes ML350 that holds tons of luggage and 5 passengers and can have a car seat included. We can deliver this to the airport for you as well. Please message us for details.

Guest Access:
You are welcome to the entire house and backyard. We are honored for you to be our guest.

The Neighborhood:
The neighborhood is in a prime location of Franklin, TN. From our home, it’s a 2 minute drive to The Factory of Franklin, or a 6 minute drive to Historic Downtown Franklin.

Getting Around:
Our home has a gravel driveway, perfect for one or two cars. While we do not have a garage or covered parking, the driveway is long enough for your vehicles to park there and off the street. If you need to rent a vehicle we have a Mercedes ML350 that holds tons of luggage and 5 passengers and can have a car seat included. We can deliver this to the airport for you as well. Please message us for details.

Barhouse Stay

We really enjoyed our stay at the Barhouse! The location is very close to the Factory and a very nice park that our dogs loved. The house was clean and perfect for our needs.

Great backyard

We loved this cute home with a fantastic backyard for our fur baby. It’s perfectly located and easy to get anywhere you want to go. They made us feel so welcomed and at home with their special touches! We will definitely book again!

Great home close to Nashville

Perfect spot for our family with two teens to stay for a weekend near Nashville and Franklin. The house was well stocked with coffee, toiletries and dish/laundry detergent to make our travel simpler. Quiet neighborhood

Perfect location

I was visiting with friends to attend a concert at the amphitheater. The house was perfect for our small group. Clean, nice neighborhood, comfortable beds, and beautiful outdoor space! Thanks to the hosts for communicating promptly and going out of their way to make us comfortable

A Wonderful Stay

We had a group of girls looking for an overnight stay near downtown Franklin. This house was perfect! It was beautifully decorated, it was very clean, and it was overall just very comfortable. The back yard was lovely, and there was plenty of parking for everyone. I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed here because it was half way between our drive. Nice home. Easy check in. Close to highway and many retail spots. I would recommend this place.

Great place for the family coming through town with a dog.

House was perfect for what we needed. We had 4 adults 2 kids and a dog. The house was very clean and very well stocked for anything you could need. The back yard was great for the kids and dog to play.

Hidden Gem in Franklin!!!

The BarHouse is the perfect home away from home in Franklin!!! It was clean, modern, and welcoming! Incredible location, close to everything you’d need, and an easy drive to Nashville. The host was prompt, professional, and so very kind. They truly made us feel welcomed! We definitely plan to come back and this will be our first choice for where to stay!!!

Both owners as well VRBO equally charming!

The home is located on a quiet safe feeling street with driveway parking close to home and wonderful yard that is fenced that helped our pups get their wiggles out from traveling all day! Rental Is clean, well thought out, nice details, bright, modern, and everything you could need to feel at home! Hosts even provided a bottle of wine, chocolate and fresh flowers upon our arrival! A first and such an impressive add-made us feel we were on a 2 bd honeymoon! A+++ property and hosts!

Perfect Mom’s Weekend

Some mom friends and I went to Franklin for a much needed kid free weekend and this gem was the absolute perfect place to stay! The beds were super cozy for sleeping in, the backyard was gorgeous fit with an amazing porch swing for hanging out and sipping wine and it was a super short drive to all the things! 5 stars!!!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful and Cozy Home in Franklin

What fun to arrive to a sweet welcome note and some wine when we got inside! The home was exactly as described, with beautiful updates and everything our family needed to sleep, eat and bathe during our stay. Our kids slept safely in the sturdy bunkbed, and we so appreciated the provided soap/shampoo and coffee for the morning! The home was an easy distance from most places we traveled to around the nashville area. While enjoying the backyard one evening, there was some loud noise from neighbors in the neighborhood, but you weren’t able to hear once inside the house. We would definitely stay here again, and felt so welcomed!

Perfect Honeymoon

My Wife and I started off our honeymoon by staying here. We both desired a sweet, peaceful at home vibe to spend our first couple of nights as Husband and Wife and this lovely home fit the description. The owners are so sweet and accommodating and helped me make this special occasion perfect. When we arrived, the house was spotless clean, upon request there was a beautifully sculpted charcuterie board awaiting in the refrigerator (My wife was thrilled!!). When we first arrived to the home from our venue, the first thing waiting for us when we walked in was a bottle of wine and delicious candy. The owners went above and beyond during our entire stay. I highly recommend this home!

Quaint Home

We were allowed to bring our 2 pets so that was a plus. The yard is completely fenced in and that’s another bonus. The bed in the master is very comfortable but pillows lack. Bring your own pillow is my suggestion unless you don’t care. Neighborhood is okay. The only reason we stayed is because of the fenced in yard. The host is very responsive. The home is cute and good for a short time stay.

Wonderful Franklin Bungalow

Wonderful house with beautiful back yard oasis. We loved this house and its clean updated, comfortable interior. Rocking chair front porch, fenced in back yard perfect for our two fur babies to enjoy with us. Visited “The Factory”, which is walking distance from the home. The Factory is a shopping, eating destination that you must visit while in Franklin. Don’t miss the Franklin Farmers Market every Saturday morning year round. After a day of exploring, we loved coming back to the “Barhouse” for an evening of games, or movies on one of the TV’s which all have streaming available. If you are coming to Franklin, or the Nashville area, I highly recommend the Franklin Barhouse for a peaceful retreat after your day of sightseeing in the Nashville area.
