La maison la maison de style ranch offre la paix, le confort et la tranquillitĂ©, avec un intĂ©rieur chaleureux et rustique, 2 lits queen et 2 salles de bains, wifi et TV satalite. Faites des promenades autour de la ferme, profiter de la ferme Ɠufs frais et lĂ©gumes frais en saison du jardin. LOVE staying here! This was our second time and we will be back again. The property is just beautiful. The house is well kept and perfect for a small family. Just a side note it could probably use some more frying pans and/or a griddle for cooking bigger meals. This is definitely not a negative, just a suggestion. Can't wait to be back here again!

Wonderful and peaceful stay

This place is absolutely beautiful. We had a wonderful time petting the donkeys and the horses. You have a big, open view of the scenery from the living room, which is amazing. Very peaceful and relaxing. We will definitely be back.

Serene & Peaceful

This was the perfect escape from NYC for us! The girls loved the horses, hearing the frogs and night and - as a bonus - a cardinal that tapped on the front window every morning to say hi. Home was clean and lovely. Hope to return one day soon.

Great time near Leipers Fork

The property is beautiful with country charm that offers relaxation and connection with nature. We loved drinking coffee from the porch while watching the heard of miniature horses and donkeys. They are so friendly, we enjoyed feeding them carrots.

Country Paradise!

This was just what I needed. The setting is a tranquil piece of heaven. The farmhouse is beautiful and cozy. The farm animals were a bonus! The hosts were so accommodating and easy to work with. I loved every minute of my one week stay!

Most Relaxing Vacation Ever

If you need a break from the businesses of life this vacation house is what you should book!!! My sister, mom, our two dogs and myself stayed here and it was the perfect house for us. It was an ethereal experience waking up every morning to the sounds of birds chirping and the view of the horses / donkeys with the TN mist. I seriously can’t wait to book another stay here. Thank you Jane and James for being so kind to us!

Franklin Stay

The views are certainly beautiful. The location is about 20 minutes to downtown Franklin. I stayed there with my dogs and chose this property due to it having good walking areas for the pups. But the first day we headed out to the back lawn to walk, I discovered a bunch of large, deep holes in the lawn - they are covered over with grass so they are very easy to miss and very easy to step into, which I did, since you can't see them, they present quite a danger. We stopped walking back there due to that. We were able to find safer walks down the street - or we went to the downtown Franklin area.

Ohhhhh, the Donkeys!!! they are the cutest!! Never knew we liked donkeys!! Peace and relaxation is what this place is great for!! really close to two great places, Franklin and Westhaven.

The house was very comfortable and cozy. Very clean and lots of outdoor seating and yard for pets and children. The front porch was the best for star watching and the precious donkeys and tiny horses. Location was serene and quiet with only the sounds of nature. Close drive to downtown Franklin, Westhaven and our favorite Liepers Fork. We loved our stay there!

Perfect for our anniversary weekend getaway! We absolutely loved it. Feels like you are way out in the country but it’s so close to multiple things to do in Franklin. Very clean, had everything we needed and was super comfortable. The king bed was SO comfy! We slept extremely well. We will definitely keep this place in mind for weekend trips to just get a way and relax.

Sweet relief

We enjoyed the thoughtful hospitality of Jane and James so much (in addition to the farm’s four-legged friends). The scenery, the atmosphere, and the many kindnesses of our hosts left nothing to be desired, as every accommodation was met. Can’t pass up an opportunity to relax in this, one of our favorite places. The property is a retreat to which we plan to return, as we relished the ease of every minute. Thank you!
