Venez profiter de cette maison confortable, fraîchement rénovée, loin de chez elle, nichée dans un quartier calme à moins de 3 km du centre-ville historique de Franklin. Le Parkside Pines offre un accès direct immédiat à travers notre clôture fermée au parc Jim Warren; comprenant des sentiers pédestres / cyclables, des terrains de sport, des courts de tennis / basket-ball ainsi qu'une aire de jeux et un skate park. Nous avons rénové cette maison dans le seul but de fournir une expérience confortable et agréable tout en explorant la petite ville américaine à son meilleur au cœur du Tennessee. Venez voir par vous-même, vous allez adorer!

Trois chambres sont toutes au niveau principal de la maison, avec deux lits jumeaux dans la chambre bonus et la possibilité d'ajouter un matelas gonflable queen dans la chambre bonus sur demande.

*The property was exactly as presented and so lovely. Everything in the house was so easy to find.*The bonus room was perfect for the teenagers, and all the beds were comfy.*Oh, and the amount of seating was so great! And comfy couches. *The location was good, easy to find. *And Kim, well she was amazing - quick with communication, so kind, so friendly, and gave us some yummmmmy restaurant recommendations.We'd stay here again in a heartbeat. The home is in a quiet neighborhood that backs up against a local park and recreation facility. Images on listing are accurate and current. Check in was very straightforward and easy with good communication from our host, Kim. Beds and A/C were perfectly comfortable for our family of 6 adults. Franklin is a great location with historic downtown and The Factory within 10mins for shopping and dining. Nashville is a 30min drive to the north and Leipers Fork 10mins to the west. We loved our stay, by the end it felt like we were locals!

Enjoyable stay

We didn’t have much time to actually spend in the house except for sleeping. But Kim was very responsive to any requests we had and had things delivered to us within an hour if we needed something. Nice clean home and quiet neighborhood.

The property was wonderful. Enough space for the 8 people to enjoy themselves. The location to downtown Franklin was great. The bedrooms were a nice size with comfortable beds. Over all we had an excellent stay.

Best beds in a VRBO to date!!

If you’re staying in the Franklin area, reserve this VRBO house!! The house is plenty spacious and super clean. The beds and bedding/linens and pillows are the most comfortable we’ve ever had in any VRBO we’ve stayed. The host is very nice and has an excellent response time to any inquiries. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the area!

Great House

We had a wonderful time on our trip! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Close enough to all the things we wanted to do while giving us the privacy of not being right in downtown! Kim was friendly and responded promptly to any questions we had. We would stay again!

Beautiful home with space for everyone

We loved this home, it was beautiful and comfortable. Everyone had plenty of private space, and yet great gathering places as well. . Kim was a pleasure to work with and is a fantastic host. Franklin was amazing to visit.

Home away from home

Truly the best VRBO experience we have ever had! The property owner was amazing at communicating and even offered to get us our favorite coffee creamer (and a roasting pan since we were there for Thanksgiving). The furnishings are top notch, and the neighborhood was safe and quiet. We loved every minute at the home.

Close to town and activity

Nice updated home . Close to everything . Great park nearby with walking paths and pond. The home location is ideal for Franklin area events . All rooms well remodeled and very clean . The house shows as a home not a rental.

Perfect location

This property is lovely to stay in. Beds are comfortable and the house is very well appointed. The location is so close to downtown Franklin and only 45 min to downtown Nashville. I would highly recommend this property.

Family Girls’ Weekend

We absolutely loved staying at this property! Check-in was available early (which is always so kind to offer), location was perfect and the home easily accommodated our group of seven adults. Kim was readily available for any questions we had and even had games delivered from Walmart when I asked if there were any in the home. The location was great for walks because it’s right next to a large park with walking trails. Also, it only took us 5 minutes to drive downtown and eat/shop. This is a perfect Franklin destination spot!
