This newly remodeled oceanfront beach house, nestled on the pristine shores of North Topsail Island, NC, is an invitation to indulge in coastal elegance. With its 5 beautifully designed bedrooms and 5 modern bathrooms, the home is designed to accommodate both large families and groups seeking a memorable retreat.

**Please note that due to storms this past year, the beach walkway access to the shore is currently unusable. While we are working on repairs, guests should be aware that alternative access to the beach may be required. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to restore full access. Should you have any questions or need further details, please feel free to reach out.** Please stay off the dunes and use the designated beach access to enter and exit the beach. As you step inside, the open floor plan of the living area unfolds before you and welcomes you to the breathtaking beach views. Each corner of this home has been professionally designed with amazing features to give you the best experience that Topsail Beach has to offer.

The living area offers plenty of seating with amazing oceanfront views. You can step out onto the massive deck to enjoy the ocean breeze after a long day in the sun. The kitchen is equipped with top-of-the-line stainless appliances and stunning quartz countertops. The kitchen island is a perfect place to gather whether you're preparing a family meal or entertaining family and friends.

On the top floor is the main domain that offers a king bed, smart TV with surround sound, and deck access. The large, attached master bathroom offers dual vanities and a massive walk-in shower with three shower heads. The main living area on the second floor is where the other 4 bedrooms are, and they include 3 queen bedrooms with shared bathrooms and the other bedroom has a full over two twin bunk bed. Outside each of these rooms is a second living room with a sofa, TV, and a second deck to relax and enjoy the ocean views.

The ground level includes a large garage with spaces for 2 cars inside. Out back, after a long hot day at the beach you can rinse off under the luxurious rainfall outdoor shower.

Parking instructions:
Two garage spaces and 4 to 5 cars in the driveway depending on size. Any additional vehicles that do not fit at the property must park in paid public parking.

INCLUDED: WIFI, fully stocked kitchen, paper goods, and ALL linens, including all bedding + bath + beach towels to save you the hassle/cost of renting them separately ($200-300+ value)! When you arrive, beds will be made with crisp, fresh linens and complete sets of fluffy towels will be available. A cooler, beach chairs, and accessories are also provided for your enjoyment including an Electric Vehicle charger and an Arcade 1Up infinity game table.

You must be 25 years or older to rent this property.

Sea Scape requires that all reservations have a signed rental agreement that will be sent to you via text message after booking. Once you've booked your stay, you will have 48 hrs. to complete the rental agreement to confirm your stay. We reserve the right to cancel your booking if the rental agreement is not completed within 48hrs.
