The Serenity Point community swimming pool opens Memorial Day weekend and closes on Columbus Day weekend (dates subject to change depending on the weather & HOA).
Beach access is just a short stroll away, beween buildings 3 & 4 which is to the left of 2111 A Ocean Blvd. 
Parking on the grass is not permitted.  Overflow parking is on Inlet Drive, near the water plant.
The fireplace is not usable. 
Linens are not included

Location:

Your vacation home is located at the very end of Topsail Beach in Serenity Point, approximately 8.4 miles south of the Surf City high rise bridge. Head north to visit the few shops, restaurants, and the Jolly Roger Pier in Topsail Beach, or a little further to the main business district on the island in Surf City!  Be sure to visit some local attractions such as the Karen Beasley Sea Turtle Hospital on the mainland and the Missiles and More Museum in Topsail Beach, which tells the story of our island’s past.

All of our rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters, blenders), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s), central heating/air, iron/ironing board and much more! You may bring your own or rent them through Ward Realty.
