Welcome to "Serenity Landing" located in Topsail Beach's Serenity Point development on the southern end of Topsail Island. Walk around the magical southern tip of the island from the sound beach access to the ocean beach access, both located steps from this home.

Enjoy breathtaking views of rolling dunes and the ocean, and observe the peaceful undisturbed wildlife that thrives in Serenity Point.
Stroll to the TWO BEACHES: the sandy sound side beach less than 2 minutes walk and the ocean beach access just 5 minute walk.
Take a dip in the community pool (open Easter Weekend through September) just across the street.
Dine or have cocktails al fresco while enjoying the sounds of paradise, and the breathtaking ocean and dune views from the deck.

You'll feel like you go back in time when you vacation at Topsail Beach--you'll find a roller rink, mini golf and arcade, sandwich shop, corner market, bookstore with a wine bar and live music, homemade ice cream shops, and so much more.

đ¶ We would love to host your dogs! A $150 (+tax) flat pet fee is automatically added to your nightly rate when you enter a pet into your guest count. Dogs are welcome on the beach on Topsail Island, and you will see many people dining outside with their dogs at the local restaurants.

Our family of seven lives in the Charleston area, and we enjoy spending time in both the beaches and mountains of NC with our kids and extended family.
My family built Twin Landings in 1993, and we have made incredible family memories there ever since, as have the many other families who have rented it over the years. Twin Landings is an oceanfront property, with two separate 4-bedroom houses that can be rented separately, or, when the top deck that connects the homes is opened up, a large group can rent both together. In addition to Twin Landings, we have two more wonderful properties in Surf City. Surf Landing is located on the second row in the S-curve, in the heart of Surf City. Beach access is right across the street, and it is just a few steps from all of the fun restaurants and shops of Surf City. Soundside Landing is direct waterfront on the intracoastal in the Island Oaks neighborhood. The views of the marsh and intracoastal waterway are incredible, and the private dock is perfect for launching a stand-up paddle board or kayak to explore. Beach access at Soundside Landing is a less than 5-minute walk away, directly across from the entrance of the neighborhood.
Our newest property is Serenity Landing, a 2-bedroom plus loft condo in the peaceful Serenity Landing community, that features a community pool and beach access. The views of the rolling dunes and ocean on the southern tip of the island are spectacular, and you can from sound to ocean side along the sandy beach.
Our mountain property, Wolf Ridge, is a chalet-style cabin located in Murphy, NC and offers gorgeous views of the Blue Ridge Mountains. The views are spectacular! Murphy is known as "the gateway to the Smoky Mountains." Our favorite thing to do is sit on the top deck, and watch the wildlife come from the woods into the grassy area below. We have seen deer, raccoons, rabbits, and even a bear! Hummingbirds and the colorful birds of North Carolina also regularly visit the deck.
