Girls' Getaway

A quaint getaway for mom's big birthday, just the girls, with a balance of coziness and airy space! Check in process was smooth with email communication and clear directions for care of the home. Bathroom accommodations felt a little disjointed with limited sink space, but the setup made things work for the days we were there. Overall we loved our stay!

Summer vacation

Property was so cute and comfortable for our stay. We were in Rhode Island for our son’s wedding. Everything we needed was there. Plenty of space for me and my husband and our daughters. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. Property management was easy to chat with and ask questions before we got there. We loved it.

Fathers day

The house was just the right size. Quick walk to the beach. Everything was clean and tidy. Plenty of bath and beach towels. Could use a couple more kitchen towels. Only drawback was the grill was missing. Apparently the people there the weekend before us broke it and it hadnt been replaced yet.

Weekend with friends

My husband and I were visiting RI with 2 other couples. The house was perfect for our small group. Nice and cozy, even went a winter storm and artic blast moved in.

October weekend

Great place, freshly renovated. Overall clean, new nice kitchen. Love stair lights to loft, perfect for kids. Only wish is that the main bedroom had a queen size bed, as there is room, but there was a full bed, which is hard to sleep two people comfortably.

Perfect Getaway

The property was exactly as described and very clean and tidy. Everything we needed was there and well stocked,-paper towels, dish soap, kitchen sponge, shampoo, conditioner, etc. There were even beach towels and games. The neighborhood was quaint and pleasant for morning strolls to the waterfront. Two great breakfast places were within walking distance, and Newport was a short drive away. We will definitely book again.

The cutest little house ever

This is just the cutest little house ever thar was even the perfect size for our family of 3 adults and 5 children. The loft is amazing with the 3 beds. Then 2 bedrooms with full size beds but if we had to change one thing would be to have one bed bigger than a full because it was a tight squeeze with 2 adults on a full. This house was throughly thought out and maximize every space and the decor is so cute the perfect beach cottage. It has everything there for you from towels to even boogie boards. They also have a pack n play and high chair for babies. There are books for adults and even for children. We absolutely loved this place and plan to come again. There is a cute beach area just 5 minutes from here that the children and adults enjoyed. Also the lady that manages the place she called and asked if there was anything needed and we told her just batteries for the remotes which she left at the door right away for us. You will not be disappointed with this property. Go and enjoy it like we did.

Great place

Arrived at the home. Outside is a cute little cottage. Very narrow and very quiet street. About a street away from the water overlooking the bridge. Limited parking but next to the house had space to park about 2 cars comfortably and one on the grass in front. From the outside it just looked like a small cottage. Inside they really utilized their space effectively and it looks spacious and open. The bedrooms are simple and modest. Loft is a great place for three kids to sleep and play. Kitchen is big. Nicely decorate/contemporary. Only complaint is the bathroom sink was tiny but the shower was very large. Would have liked some counter space but we made it work and I love the place regardless. Very clean. Easy to check in and out. Met a great neighbor next door and learned a little about his family history on the street and the history of the street/home. Overall very happy.
