This four bedroom and three full bathroom vacation villa offers lots of charm with even better river views and a fantastic outdoor living space with direct views of the Caloosahatchee River.
Tiki Time is within a quiet neighborhood which is great for walking but still very close to restaurants and shopping. Walk out on your waterfront Villa to see the yachts zip by or enjoy the close distance to Horton Park & Boat Ramp. If you enjoy tranquility but if being in the center of countless amenities is important, you have come to the right place.
This location offers a quick drive to all central locations in Cape Coral. It is about 20 minutes to Matlacha, 30 minutes to Fort Myers Beach and about forty-five minutes to Florida International Airport.

Tiki Time features a beautiful airy design and beachy décor; the four bedrooms are fitting for two families with two king size bedrooms featuring en suite baths and two rooms featuring queen size beds (upper bunk bed not available for safety)
Tiki Time can fit up to 8 guests very comfortable with this fitting set up.
For your convenience, all linens for your stay are included and long-term stays are permitted.
The interior boasts an open floor plan with plenty of light and coastal design features with a great floor plan. The home has lots of light and gives you unobstructed water and pool views from almost all windows around. The relaxing feeling from the moment you open the doors to the sun flooded southern exposure views, this home surely brings relaxation to your vacation.
Upon entering the home, you have an unobstructed view to the pool area and lanai.
From the large, fully equipped kitchen there is plenty of sitting room for conversations which also is open to the dining and living room, as well as French doors that are facing the pool area for great entertainment.
Wireless internet, and a washer and dryer are also available for your convenience.

Highlights of the outside include: a large lanai waiting to be used for sunbathing, grilling, lounging, al fresco dining, entertaining or swimming in the heated pool (usually winter months only). The Tiki Hut is great for entertainment and the spa offers relaxation.
The property has a tropical and lush yard for privacy or having kids or pets roam around. Also great for any outdoor games.
