Rustic charm abounds in this 3 bedrooms, 2 bath home with a spacious living area



Bedroom 1: Master Suite with a King Bed and a bunk bed that has a twin bed above, a Queen bed below and a pull out twin trundle bed

Living Area: The living area features a bright room with 2 comfortable sofas, a large smart TV, and plenty of space for relaxation.



Game Room: A room with a large ping pong table is ready for you to challenge your friends and family.



Pool, Hot Tub, BBQ and Patio: Grill up your favorite treats with the gas BBQ and enjoy them on the large covered patio sitting around the propane fire pit. Take a swim in the above ground pool with covered deck with a pool ladder for easy access and brand new lounge chairs. Soak in the hot tub. *Note that the pool is open from mid March through October.



Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and all the necessary cookware and dishes. Whether you're a culinary enthusiast or just looking to whip up a quick meal, you'll find everything you need here. A Keurig pod coffee maker that also includes a drip option is available.

* RV Parking with a 30 amp RV plug. It has a water hookup, but no septic.



Property:

There are 3 homes spread out on the property available for rent. If you are travelling with a larger group and need more space, the whole compound can be rented! In addition to this home, there is another 3 bedroom home and a 2 bedroom home that are also available on the property. Please note that the pond is seasonal based on the amount of rain.
