We all enjoyed ourselves. The space was wonderful. It was a very comfortable place for all of us. It allowed the opportunity for plenty of outdoor games and indoor games and entertainment. There were plenty of comfortable areas to sit in.The amenities in the kitchen were wonderful as well

Great stay about 15 mins from downtown Austin pool putting green were great to have on property to hangout at the house. Would stay again. Daniel was a great host alway a viable if needed.

The house was as described. Very Spacious. We never felt crowded. Everyone enjoyed the Game Room and yard activities. Minutes to the airport, supermarket, mall, restaurants and much more..would definitely stay again :)

Great Property and Experience

We were celebrating my buddy’s bachelor party and all loved the house. Lots of activities to do at the house while in between our reservations for dinner/golf/boat rental etc. The host, Daniel, was always reachable and provided a lot of good recommendations for activities happening that weekend for us to check out. Great house to stay at and call home base for the long weekend! Would definitely recommend staying here!

Very comfortable indoor living quarters, and you can sleep a bunch of people!!

Really nice. Not much of a yard, but big open floor plan for eating and socializing. No complaints at all!

The property was awesome and the owner made us feel right at home. He provided us with everything we needed. Everyone in my family had a comfortable place to sleep and we had plenty of space to enjoy each other's company. Staying in the property made it so convenient for everyone in my family to attend my daughter's graduation. I highly recommend this property.

This house was exactly what we wanted and more. It was perfect for a large group of people visiting Austin. Daniel was great at communicating everything and did an awesome job of laying out all the details and expectations of the home. Great For Large Group

House was perfect for our large group of friends for a bachelor party! Ample beds and the game room is set-up perfectly for a larger crew. Daniel was super communicative and helpful with everything, making the whole process seamless. The house is also really close to the airport, which made getting in and out easy (Ubers to downtown were cheap and abundant).

Incredible host

Our original property was not finished so Mr. Huckaby upgraded us to another of his properties very near by. Mr. Huckaby was awesome to deal with and the property was great. If we stay in Austin again we will use Mr. Huckaby's properties.

My bachelor party

This was the perfect house for my group. 12 minutes from downtown and 8 minutes from the airport. Daniel was very helpful and responsive, and the house was very clean. The beds were comfortable and fit a very large group of us. The property is nicer than the pictures suggest.

The rules and water

The house was beautiful. The neighbors on the left side is rude. We was out in the pool at about noon and the kids was having fun and the neighbor knock on the fence several times telling us to keep it down this happen everytime we was in the pool. Then the second thing was there was no jot water at first i thought it was because a few of us used the shower so i waited for a few hours but it never got warm

Well, apparently my neighbor asked Jeanette to limit her kids screaming during her stay. Also, the breaker to the water heater did trip. All o had to do was push a button to fix it. Unfortunately, Jeanette never told me about it until 3 days after checkout. I’m not sure why these things earned me a 3 star rating (60%, failing grade). Not sure what I could’ve done differently on this one.

Great weekend stay for our large group in Austin!

We had a great weekend in Austin in this rental home. We had 13 people in our group, and the owner made sure to have plenty of accommodations for us. He provided several inflatable mattresses in addition to the 8 beds in the house. There's a large living area upstairs with two large couches which made it very easy to fit everyone. There are 3 full bathrooms, and as long as people showered at different times, we had no issues. There were plenty of everything, blankest, towels, pillow, etc. Although some people in our group brought their own. The kitchen and living rooms were spacious and we had plenty of room for our gathering. We had a BBQ on Saturday, and although the grill was a little small for the 15 lbs of meat we had, we made do. All appliances worked great, and I can honestly say we had zero issues. Thanks Daniel for making our stay comfortable, flawless, and enjoyable! We will definitely return to this home! .. oh, and my deposit was fully refunded within 3 days or so after leaving the home! :) --- Thanks for everything!

2 Familes/ 1 night/ worked perfect

We were traveling to New Braunsfels for a float trip and only stayed here for 1 night. The two families had plenty of room to hang out and sleep. We were a short car ride to explore downtown Austin. When we arrived one of the fire alarms was chirping and the owner quickly came and replaced the battery. He was great!

I had a ton of issues with VRBO but Daniel worked me to accommodate our family. He is very accessible. Property was great for our family, great location. A little dusty, but generally pretty clean.
