This was our second stay and it was just as good as the first. The house is tucked back in the pines and feels completely secluded. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully put together, and it's even prettier in person than in the photos. The hosts were so communicative and gracious, which made everything easy. We're planning to make this an annual trip!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The property was very clean and the beds were comfortable. Everyone enjoyed the hammocks and looking up at the tall pines. There were deer that came by in the morning. It was a very convenient walk or short drive to nearby Bastrop Lake where there are trails and fun activities. It was also close to downtown Bastrop. Sara was a responsive and helpful host. Highly recommend!

We loved the space and the prompt communication and helpfulness of the host! Very cute and comfortable, just tip that if you have a big group and are not eating out, may need to have an extra cooler for food or drinks since the fridge is smaller than standard size.

This property was absolutely beautiful and provided exactly what my friends and I needed for a weekend away. From the beautiful house to the breathtaking scenery and wildlife, we had plenty to do during our stay. Not to mention downtown was so fun to explore and there were so many good/drink places to try. Highly recommend this property! We appreciated how clean the house was as well as how sweet the host was to answering any questions we had.

Excellent experience. The house was great; conveniently located, clean, comfortable, spacious with a nice "cowboy pool" in the backyard. The pine trees surrounding the house make the scenery beautiful and the backyard a very peaceful place to sit and read. We hope to be able to stay there again soon!

I have stayed here with my family twice and have booked a third stay. It's an ideal set up for us, and the trees surrounding the house are gorgeous. It's a quick drive to the South Shore Park, and there is a nice long hike (or bike ride) to the North Shore Park. Dogs love it!

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean and stocked with all the amenities we needed. The bedrooms comfortable and the location was perfect to enjoy the outdoors and still easily access town. My family really enjoyed the Foosball table and the board games. Thanks for a great weekend!

Great family location

As parents of two children, we loved both the location and the toys and activities for the children and adults. Wish we could have stayed longer to fire up the fire pit but overall a good stay.
