This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment (sleeps 4) is situated in a lovely peaceful development featuring well kept gardens and a large inviting communal pool. The apartment is fully furnished with air conditioning, fully fitted kitchen, 32' flat screen TV, DVD , Freeview channels, Wifi. The rooms are all very large with a large balcony that looks out on to the pool/garden area. It is suitable for families, couples/ singles, golfers & has lift access.
Vilamoura is only a 25 minute car journey from the airport. It has a wonderful vibrant Marina which has many restaurants, bars & shops. There is also a casino. The immaculate blue flag beaches are long with soft white sand.
The combination of the superb apartment & the Vilamoura area will make for a fabulous holiday.

Large 2 bed apartment near beach & marina: This large apartment is located a 15 minute stroll from the Marina & beaches of Vilamoura. It is a straightforward 25 minutes journey from Faro airport to the apartment. The taxi fare from the airport is approx. 35 euros and uber is fully operational across The Algarve.
The Marina is a vibrant place that has many very good restaurants & bars. It is a good place to sit & have a glass of wine & watch the holidaymakers stroll by. There is a casino that regularly has live shows. You will see some fabulous boats moored in the Marina, some of which can be hired.
The 2 beaches, Falesia & Marina are long stretches of soft white sand. They have umbrellas & sun loungers that can be hired. There are several beach bars/restaurants that sit overlooking the sea.

The apartment is one of the largest in the Praia Village development. With the beautifully manicured gardens & large pool area it feels like a peaceful oasis perfect for relaxing.
The apartment is fully air conditioned. It has an entrance hall with entry phone. Leading from the over sized lounge is the fully equipped kitchen which has a table & chairs, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven & hob. The lounge has large patio doors that lead out on to the balcony which is furnished with a table & comfortable chairs & 2 sun loungers & looks on to the gardens & pool.
The master bedroom has two single beds, dressing table, mirrors, wardrobe & patio doors leading on to the balcony.
The 2nd bedroom is a good size with 2 single beds, chest drawers,, mirror & wardrobe.
The lounge has three 2 seater sofas. There is a 32' flat screen TV with free-view channels + DVD player and a selection of DVD's, dining table & 6 chairs.
The apartment is very spacious.

One of the great things with the apartment is its location. It really is a 15 minute stroll to the beach & Marina (3 minutes by car).
We have provided sun loungers for your use around the garden & pool area. There is also a cool bag & ice packs that you are free to use. A hairdryer is also provided for your use.

We request that on the day of departure the apartment is vacated by 10am & is available from 3pm on the day of arrival. This is to ensure that enough time is given to thoroughly clean the apartment. (Those with early arrival flight times may be able to gain early access if you contact me to arrange this & I will do my best to help you).
The apartment is fully licenced and complies with all aspects when renting required by Portuguese Law. Tourist License number 20073/AL

A stunning apartment in a quiet area!

A lovely spotless property in a quiet area. The kitchen is well stocked and it's a huge size, ideal for families or couples. 4 sunbeds at the pool area are allocated the apartment. The sun terrace is an added bonus. It's very private and it gets the sun from the afternoon right until evening. We found the living area very spacious and comfortable. There is a DVD player with a huge selection of movies to watch. The smart TV has Netflix and plenty of English speaking channels. WIFI was perfect for our needs. Both bedrooms were a good size and well ventilated. It's 15 minute walk to the center of Vilamoura and the supermarket (Intermarche) is 10 minutes. The owner was very attentive and answered any questions we had promptly. Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay at Alan’s lovely apartment. It had everything we needed and only a 15 minute walk to the marina. The pool area was great and had a lovely relaxed feel.

What a wonderful apartment!

We absolutely loved our short stay in the apartment and wished we could have stayed longer! It was very clean, spacious and had a lovely outlook over the gardens. Its location for the beach and the marina was perfect for us. Very well equipped, everthing we needed!

We were a group of four friends celebrating two big birthdays. Alan was brilliant with his communication, also arranging transport and suggesting places to eat. Fantastic apartment in Vilamoura

Alan’s apartment was a fantastic find! It’s huge and well laid out with a lovely big terrace. The whole apartment complex is very well maintained and the pool area is clean and spacious. The addition of sun beds dedicated to the apartment really made a difference. The apartment is a short walk to the Marina and beach with a local supermarket about 5 minutes away. We had a wonderful holiday and would definitely return to this area and apartment. Alan was also highly responsive to any questions we had and recommended some great places to eat.

Apartment is superb, exactly as described. We know the area anyway so we were looking for a place convenient for the marina but not too close to it. This was ideal. Great size rooms, excellent kitchen and lounge. Highly recommended. We will be back.

Great holiday!

Brilliant holiday at this very spacious apartment! Has everything you need. We travelled with children. Pool was lovely and had a nice family atmosphere. Easy walk to shop and marina although didn’t want to do it more than once a day so the days we went to the beach in the day we either stayed in or went to a closer restaurant. Uber also very easy to get and cheaper than UK too! Thanks for easy check in and contact etc we had a fab holiday

Had a fabulous time. The apartment is spacious, spotless and lovely setting. The balcony is large and has 2 sun and a large patio table and chairs. The sun is on the balcony for most of the day. There is a communal pool area which we did not use but is well maintained and has sun all day. There is a large well equipped kitchen. The marina is in walking distance. Overall brilliant, spacious, spotless and good location and has everything you need. Would not hesitate to come here again.

Excellent location and village

The apartment is very well located. It is close to the beach “Rocha Baixinha” and close to Vilamoura marina and center. The village is very well organized and quiet. Perfect to relax in the swimming pool using the private chairs of the apartment. In the apartment we found everything we needed for one week in family. The apartment is big and comfortable. The living room is so big that appears empty and you can listen some echo! There are 2 details that I think that can be improved in this apartment to make it better. The light in the kitchen is not strong enough and the TV is very small for an apartment like that. I think I will comeback in the next summer!

Praia Village - Vilamoura

My family and I have just returned from spending 8 nights staying at Alan's apartment. The apartment was fantastic. It was ideal for my family of 4 with lots of space, clean, secure and has a great balcony where you can sunbathe or sit in the shade to cool down. The complex is fantastic too. The swimming pool is ideal for families, with shallow and deeper areas, and there were 4 sunbeds for use by the pool which were only for this apartment. It was around 10 minutes walk to the supermarket and a further 5 to 10 minute walk to the marina. This was our first visit to Vilamoura and Portugal and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Communication from the owner was outstanding and any questions we had before arriving were all answered promptly. We have already booked the apartment again for next year as we enjoyed our holiday so much.

Holiday Honesty

The property was spacious as was the balcony however we only had 10% of balcony sun. Neither of the bathrooms had anti slip mats or grab rail to aid safety when having a shower. Maid service was non existent as promised, towels and bed linen we had to wash these ourselves. The en-suite bedroom mattresses offered little comfort. Noise, on going building work in the vicinity, sound traveled from neighbours and including barking dogs. I was disappointed there was no seating around the pool other than sun beds which unfortunately were much to low for my use.
