The Space:
The property is distributed: 1 bedroom, 1 studio, 2 bathrooms, balcony with sea view and 2 sofa beds. The building has Coworking space, cinema space, gym, children's area, Turkish bath, parking for visitors and swimming pool with the best view of the city.
When booking By ENCOR properties, cleaning service is offered during your stay at no additional cost with prior coordination with the host.
Guest Access:
Please contact the concierge to arrange a check-in time. Depending on the arrival time, the concierge or the housekeeper on site will provide you with keys.
Standard check-in is 3:00 pm and check-out is 11:00 am.
Early arrival/late departure can be provided upon request and will be granted based on availability.
Return keys to the on-site housekeeper upon check-out. Failure to do so will result in a key replacement fee of USD 30.
For the entrance to the building there is an additional charge for identification handles of $15mil COP and/or $4USD per person.

The entrance to the property will only be allowed to those people who have previously sent their complete information to HUESPEDIA's reservations team 24 hours before their arrival. This measure is mandatory and is intended to ensure security and control within the accommodation.
Prohibition of Visits
Visits from unregistered persons are not allowed during the stay. This policy aims to preserve the tranquility, security and privacy of all our guests.
Payment of the Entrance Handle
It is mandatory to make the payment of an identification handle for a value of $15.000 COP. Payment is made through transfer with QR code (in person) at the reception of the building, before entering the property.
This handle will be your identification as guests of the co-ownership, and will grant you free access to the social and/or common areas.
The pool is open from Tuesday to Sunday from 9 AM to 8 PM.
On Mondays the pool is under maintenance.
The Turkish bath is also open until 8 PM and the use per person is 1 hour.
