Nous avons nommé notre appartement "Harry's Hideaway" en reconnaissance de nos compagnons de compagnie passés et présents. Il nous fait grand plaisir de fournir des propriétés de haut niveau à nos clients et à leurs compagnons. The apartment was just as advertised. Well laid out and just the perfect size for the two of us. The only issue we had was the hot water faucet in bathroom sink wouldn’t close completely and there was a stream of water constantly running.

Quick work trip

Stayed here for a few nights while traveling for work. Loved that we were able to bring our 3 year old pug with us! The place is absolutely adorable and so clean, and we would definitely stay again!

Loved Harry's Hideaway!

Long Beach getaway

We stayed at this lovely rental while visiting our adult daughter. It was clean, well appointed, and check in was simple. When a question arose, Melissa responded within minutes. The rental was close to everything and the neighbors were lovely. I would recommend this lovely home without hesitation and am hoping to stay again on our next visit to California.

Lovely home away from home

Charming and Cozy Relaxation

This was the perfect place to stay during my condo renovations, and I would definitely recommend it to friends and family who are visiting the area. Beautifully decorated, this place has many small, homey touches and everything you need for comfort away from home. Kitchen and bathroom have everything, lots of closet space, cushy outdoor seating areas create visual focal points even when viewed from indoors. The owners are easy to communicate with and take great care of this property. I hope to stay here again myself someday.

This VRBO Is a BIG GEM!!!!

If I could give this property a 10, I would!!!! Melissa and Steve have an extremely clean, comfortable, friendly, and well decorated small apartment perfect for a single or couple!!! They are very attentive to your needs, and the parking is great in this quiet neighborhood of Belmont Heights! This was my second time staying at this property, and there is only one word that can be used to describe it is "PERFECT!"

Precious cottage

We were very comfortable during the 30 year SoCal "snow" at Harry's Hideaway. Sadly one of the best features went unused due to the rain/wind/inclement weather---the outside seating areas and garden. We could only enjoy looking out at them from inside. The place is charming and whimsical. There is so much attention to detail in the decorating! The neighborhood was great for walking when we could dodge between raindrops. We hope to visit sometime when we can fill our days with hiking, sailing, birdwatching. And dining al fresco. Thank you Melissa!

While Melissa and Steve are business owners on the way to retirement, Melissa relocated from Boston and met Steve a California native. Steve is a alum of CSULB with children and grandchildren in Seal Beach & Austin TX.
Melissa's relatives are primarily east coasters.
We love to travel and spend time in Long Beach and Safety Harbor, FL. (VRBO 102521). We call ourselves "sun birds"
In addition, we have a great love of going on African safari. We love animals, both wild and domestic and have enjoyed hosting dogs and cats with their families in our homes on both coasts.

We purchased the home and apartments in Belmont Heights for it's craftsman style quaintness and quiet neighborhood. We continue to reside on-site and have great pride of ownership.
Long beach also has great accessibility for travel to Los Angeles and Orange County.
We have outdoor space for relaxation when you are not enjoying the many activities in southern California.

Include both front and back outdoor space. Included is outdoor dining area and gas barbecue. Being 3 blocks from the ocean the sea breese is very often present.
The interior includes ship-lap & open beam ceiling.
Our guests are also treated to a rain shower and Turkish towels.

Bicycles are also available for our long term guests.
