Petit appartement de location de vacances d'une chambre à coucher (environ 500 pieds carrés) conçu pour deux! En haut d'une volée d'escaliers, cet appartement situé au dernier étage se trouve derrière la maison du propriétaire et dispose de tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour une escapade parfaite à la plage. Il se trouve à 5 minutes à pied de la plage et à 2 minutes de la célèbre 2e rue avec ses boutiques et ses cafés.

Le bus rouge vous emmènera au centre-ville en quelques minutes, jusqu'au Pike, au Queen Mary et à l'Aquarium of the Pacific. Une fois au centre-ville, vous pourrez prendre le métro pour Los Angeles, Hollywood et Beverly Hills. Vous pouvez également prendre le ferry pour l'île de Catalina. Si vous avez une voiture, Surf City ou Huntington Beach sont à 10 minutes en voiture, et Laguna Beach et Disneyland à environ 30 minutes en voiture. À quelques minutes à peine, on peut faire du kite-surf, louer des canoës, des kayaks et des voiliers. 3ème personne 10 $ de plus par nuit en espèces, 50 $ de nettoyage final en espèces à partir de 400 $ de dépôt de garantie.

I’ve stayed here multiple times. Always a great stay, location is great in a very nice neighborhood. Communication with Carol and Traian is very prompt and detailed. Property comfortable and just like it is described. I recommend and will stay here again.

The owners are amazing. They are so helpful with everything, made it completely effortless. The place is so cute and clean. The location couldn’t be better if you want to be around beautiful walking areas, restaurants and shopping. Could not be happier, I will be back.

There is no place better than this!

My wife and I stayed here for our anniversary, and this indeed "Cozy Apartment" was perfect! The place was clean, the host were fantastic, the location was the best part. With the beach just down the street we would end every night with a beautiful view and in a really comfortable bed. Definitely a permanent stay everytime we come back to California from now on!

This little unit is situated on a quiet street within easy walking distance to 2nd street food & shopping attractions, and the beach.The general area is very nice, with lots to do nearby. The host was friendly and helpful. I would return.

Great location and friendly hosts

My wife and I extended our cruise vacation for four days in Long Beach. Carol and Traian were fabulous. The suite is cozy and clean. Parking on the street in front of the property was never an issue. We were so grateful to see a Canadian flag out front for Canadian Flag day on Feb 15 too! Thanks for the hospitality and friendly space. Next time we’re in Long Beach, we will definitely stay again.

La Verne Stay

Loved the stay. Carole was great. She met me for check in. Her husband is a cool guy and did my check out. Belmont Shore is the best neighborhood in Long Beach. Just park your car and walk to 2nd street for a cup of coffee, a beer or a meal. This spot cannot be beat in terms of location. Carole was cool and genuinely interested in our comforts place is stocked. You really don’t need to bring much. Great spot and good people.

Upstairs Cottage

Interesting neighborhood with crowded older homes-some nicely kept and landscaped. Parking is very limited on the street. Entryway is long and narrow and interrupted by steps followed by outside stairs to entrance. This was difficult for us as we are aging seniors.

When my husband and I arrived at the property we realized it was not suitable enough for us to stay. The Property could definitely use a facelift.By the reviews of excellent, I was expecting so much more.When we sat on the sofa, the springs gave away and it was ripped and repaired with tape. A Very old hot plate was provided along with an old microwave and an even older refrigerator.It would be impossible to blow dry my hair with the plug being on the opposite side of the wall from the mirror, with one outlet.I have read some negative reviews and it seems the owner was just defensive and stated how lovely her apartment is and most people love staying there.Just beware

Nice Apartment, Nice Location

The apartment is at the back of a main house and up some stairs. Its location is outstanding. You can easily walk to Second Street where there is so much happening, so many places to eat, shop, etc. The owners are very nice and easy to work with. Inside, the apartment is a perfect size for a couple or a small family. The bed in the pullout couch is comfortable too. Not a bad thing to say about the place at all.

Perfect little beach house

We had such an awesome time staying at Traian and Carol's house for our trip out to Long Beach. The apartment was perfect size for what we needed, clean, and the bed was comfy! We also enjoyed awesome conversations with Traian and Carol throughout our stay and got to learn a little about their life. I know we'll be back and will for sure look to stay with them again!

Quick Getaway to Belmont Shores

My wife and I had a lovely time staying here. Carol was a friendly host and came to see us off when we left. Bed was comfortable and plenty of living space for us. Shower had great water pressure as well. TV setup in the living had access to streaming apps for post beach unwind. We had a great time!

A little getaway, a little staycation….

My boyfriend and I stayed in this unit for a few days while we attended a music festival at the Queen Mary. Everything from first hand communication, to Carol greeting us, to the absolute cuteness of the place was excellent! It’s perfect for two people. It’s quiet, clean, has everything you need. It’s also super centrally located to a lot of places to eat (literally walking distance). Really loved our stay, and will come back again!!!

We are a friendly married professional couple in our early 60's. We have traveled all around USA, Canada, Europe, Asia and Australia. We love meeting people from all over the world and sharing different stories and experiences. As well as traveling we also enjoy skiing, cycling, hiking and motorcycling. We look forward to seeing you in our beach apt soon! Carol and Traian PS. We speak English and French!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We bought the house because it is very convenient to be able to walk to shops and restaurants and to walk to the beach. We think that Belmont Shore is a fun place to be and there is always lots of activities going on. Being able to walk to the beach and not drive, is a real plus! Also it is not far to go to LA, Hollywood, Beverly Hills, Huntington Beach, Laguna Beach, and Disneyland!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

The unique benefits of this rental are that you may walk in minutes to the beach, and to shops and restaurants. There are lots of activities in the area, and yet the apt itself is quite quiet and peaceful. Since we live on the property in the main house, we are around to help or give information on the area to our visitors!
