The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the property was exceptionally clean and beautiful. The master bedroom even had a luxurious jacuzzi. The location was perfect—convenient for getting anywhere and close to the ocean. It truly was an outstanding place to stay, and I would love to visit again!

The place was beautiful. Wonderful artwork on the walls, very spacious & nicely decorated which fit the architecture so well. Exceeded our expectations. The rooftop deck was spectacular. The beach was so close which made for a lot of nice walks. We really enjoyed it. It felt like home & I was ready to move in. Kathleen was wonderful & so helpful. I would highly recommend the property.

this place was amazing, so spacious and clean. i loved the artwork, the huge bathtub, and of course the fireplace on the patio that overlooks the ocean. very close to the beach and shops, restaurants, bars. would love to stay here again.

This apartment was the perfect home away from home during our visit. Reasonable distance to Disneyland, Hollywood, and several beaches. I only wish we had more time so we could've seen the haunted attraction on the Queen Mary!The apartment is immaculate and very spacious with every amenity you could possibly need. The rooftop deck was amazing for watching sunrises & sunsets. The neighborhood is very safe; I felt comfortable walking alone or with my daughters. Kathy was a wonderful host, very welcoming and helpful (we didn't meet Ron, but I'm sure he's great too). I would happily stay here again!

I almost don't want to say how great our stay was at Kathy's Apartment in Belmont Shores, because I don't want it to book up before I can make it back.What a GORGEOUS, spacious, clean place to spend a weekend. Mere steps from the beach, and blocks from restaurants. Tons of natural light, modern appliances, and the bedrooms are separate enough for privacy from your friends.Kathy herself is so kind and helpful. Check in and pre-arrival comms could not have been better.Will be back soon.

This place was absolutely gorgeous. We made great memories, the layout and rooftop area made it easy for us to all hang out in one spot and enjoy the view of the beach, talk and relax. The host were wonderful and super responsive. Loved it!

Great place and very spacious. Place was very clean and hosts were very nice. Great deck views!

Wonderful location, beautiful home!

We were in town for a baby shower. The home was absolutely beautiful. Ron and Kathy are super hosts. Highly recommend this location. We will stay here again, next time we're in town.

This is a beautiful apartment with great amenities in a prime location. It's practically across the street from the beach (put on your swimsuit, grab a beach towel from the apartment, and go), and just a couple of blocks' walk from shopping and restaurants. The apartment itself is comfortable and spotless, with its own private entrance, patio, and deck. (The apartment is on the second floor and access is by an exterior curving staircase. You can see it in one of the pictures. The staircase has a good railing to hold onto, and it has lighting you can turn on from both the top and bottom of the steps, so coming and going in the dark is not a problem.) There is wonderful artwork on the walls, plenty of books on the shelves, and board games stashed in the drawers (along with the flatscreen TV). Washer and dryer are right inside the apartment, for your exclusive use. A wonderful place to relax. No street noise. Kathy was an excellent host and responded quickly when we had questions. We are a family of three (parents and an adult son) and we stayed six nights. So glad we found this place!

A beautiful house in a great location

Our family of 6 adults thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ron’s place. The home is spacious, well equipped and comfortable. We especially enjoyed the rooftop patio with beautiful ocean views. A perfect place for a family getaway.

Great property

This property is lovely and the owners are wonderful. We had a medical emergency while there and they couldn’t have been more helpful. The location is perfect, right by the beach and just a couple blocks from the restaurants and shops. It is a great place to stay in Long Beach.

Absolutely the best!

House is clean, well-equipped, 1 block from the beach.Owners Ron and Kathy live next-door and are wonderful hosts and communicators.Any pre-stay questions or concerns were quickly and fully answered. The stay could not have been any better.

A very nice property at a great location in Long Beach. Close to beaches, restaurants, and other attractions. Property has a great view from the rooftop. Property was clean and hosts were very responsive. Would recommend.

First trip to Southern California

Property was gorgeous, very clean and meticulously kept. Kathy and Ron were great hosts and easy to communicate with. Even Sir Walter, the dog, was welcoming! Would definitely stay again!
