Offering sunny, open living framed by floor-to-ceiling windows, sink into the plush armchair with your favourite book or curl up on the L-shaped lounge while watching a movie on the HD TV. A sliding door leads out to a north-facing private balcony where you can relax with a drink. Enjoy the fresh air, with a shared courtyard offering a quick change of scenery, overlooked by your balcony.
It's central location close to Fitzroy, Collingwood and the CBD means local grocers and renowned restaurants are within easy reach, however, for days that you'd rather hang out at home, the kitchen is equipped with the basics you need to cook meals.
