Meticulously designed for those who relish an indoor-outdoor aesthetic, this elegant two-bedroom apartment showcases an enchanting wrap-around terrace, seamlessly blending a contemporary space with breathtaking panoramas. Nestled in the heart of Smith Street's diverse culinary scene, enticing boutiques, and lively nightlife, the residence offers unparalleled convenience, with city-bound trams providing swift access to Carlton Gardens and the CBD.

Encompassing a generous 150m2 (approx.) overall, including a remarkable 75m2 terrace, this residence fosters a dynamic indoor-outdoor ambiance, ideal for both relaxation and outdoor dining. The stylish open-plan living space with it's chic Oak floorboards is bathed in natural light and framed by breathtaking skylines stretching over the Dandenong Ranges. The sleek, modern kitchen, adorned with lustrous stone tops and a mirrored splashback, features a hostess island bar equipped with quality appliances.

Providing ample space for repose and work, two well-appointed bedrooms invite tranquil slumber against the backdrop of twinkling neighborhood views, both serviced by a shared fully tiled bathroom and a separate European laundry. Note from the owner:
This is the first place we bought together and we've loved hosting dinners on the large private balcony just as much as cosying up to a movie with some local takeaway. The soundproofed double-glazed windows creat a tranquil space to live and sleep. Waking up to a golden sunrise and enjoying a local coffee, some shopping, and a walk around leafy Fitzroy is the perfect way to spend a day. We also would often stroll home from events in the city or catch the 86 tram which comes every 5 minutes in peak hour. We hope you love it as much as we have!

This location is a Walkers Paradise so daily errands do not require a car. The 86 Waterfront City Docklands - Bundoora RMIT tram at the 17 Charles St/Smith St (Fitzroy) stop is literally on your doorstep. Nearby parks include Cambridge Street Reserve, George Street Reserve and Condell Street Park.

This apartment is in an amazing location for a city stay. You have supermarkets, multiple shops, restaurants, cafes and trams, with Smith St, Victoria St, Brunswick St, Johnstone St and St Vincents Hospital, St Vincents Private, Fitzroy, Richmond all on your doorstep, or with a short 15 - 20 minute stroll, you will be immersed in the CBD. GETTING THERE GETTING AROUND
It's easy to get to the apartment. From the airport, you can just take a taxi, or you can hop on the Skybus to Southern Cross Station. From there, you can take the No. 86 Tram (to Plenty Road) up Bourke St, and get off at Stop 17 at Charles St on Smith St and walk 50m to the apartment. Full directions instructions on how to access your apartment will be provided once your booking is confirmed with StayCentral. Also, if you only travel on the trams within the city grid, it's free, and you don't need a Myki card.

This apartment is very centrally located and the CBD is only a 15 20 minute walk. The number 86 tram along Smith street goes directly into the CBD.The closest train station is Collingwood but funnily enough it is located on the other side of Hoddle Street in Abbotsford.The closest Melbourne bike share station is located on Brewery Lane which is only about a 2 or 3 minute walk from the apartment.

GOOD TO KNOW:
CHECK IN
We send you instructions on how to collect your keys a week before your arrival. On check in, you will be met by your greeter and given an induction of the apartment and facilities. They will ask you to sign a registration form confirming the receipt of remotes, key, parking permits and your acceptance of StayCentral Terms Conditions.


Late Arrivals
For guests arriving between 22:00 and 08:00 there is a late arrival fee of $100.00For no shows, there is a no show fee of $100For Public Holiday arrivals, there is an extra surcharge of $50
Check inOn check in, you will be asked to sign a registration form confirming the receipt of remotes, keys and parking permits and your acceptance of StayCentral Terms Conditions.Pet StaysNB: Many of our properties, (including this one) are pet-friendly, but only with approval, and as long as they are quiet, and do not damage or climb on the furnishings! The pet stay fee is not included in the rate and is $135 (base rate) plus $5 per night per pet.
SECURITY BOND - FOR SOME GUESTSFor stays of 28+ nights and bookings made within 5 days of arrival, you will be required to pay a refundable bond of $1200.00. Payments of this bond by credit card or International Bank Transfer will incur fees which are not refundable. Please note bonds may be requested at the managers discretion. Bonds are due 7 days before arrival and are refunded within 14 days of departure. The bond will be debited for any damage, missing items, excessive cleaning or food or rubbish removal.

Any credit cards used must be added by the guest and verified by our 3DSecure security verification process. Cards that cannot be verified will not be accepted.
