Location, location, location! If you like being at the center of it all for your beach vacation, this is the place. A premium OCMD rental, located right on the popular Ocean City boardwalk, this luxurious vacation rental boasts beautiful views of the beach coupled with extreme convenience. Walk to almost any activity you can think of - amusement parks, shops, bike rentals, miniature golf, restaurants, boating, and much, much more. Once you've parked the car (two assigned spaces in secured garage building included), you can just relax & enjoy!

This spacious 3 bedroom 3 bath condo rental provides a perfect retreat from all the action. Great family room with large, wall mounted flat screen TV and sliding glass doors to balcony with beach/ocean/boardwalk view. Gourmet kitchen with granite countertops and island. All bedrooms include flat screen TVs. Master bath has jetted tub. Condo building, Belmont Towers, has nice outdoor rooftop pool, putting green, fitness center, and sauna. Prepare to have a fantastic time at this rental at the beach!

*Linens are not provided but are available for a fee, you are welcome to bring your own! Pillows and blankets are in the unit.

Great Getaway

This condo is well appointed, very clean and very comfortable for three adults and three kids ages 7, 9 and 12. The location is terrific, we were right in the midst of all the fun of OC. The weather was chilly and the fireplace was a welcome benefit. We would definitely stay there again. Thanks.

Absolute Perfect Stay!

Our stay at was nothing short of incredible! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the stunning views, the immaculate cleanliness, and the thoughtful touches throughout the home. The host was extremely responsive and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The fireplace was wonderful and the balcony overlooking the boardwalk was perfect for enjoying morning coffee and evening sunsets. The location was ideal-We can't wait to return. If you're looking for a five-star getaway, this is the place to book! Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo!

We had such a nice stay! The condo is beautiful and definitely exceeded our expectations. It was super clean and very nicely furnished. Having two parking spots in the garage was a huge bonus, and it is a prime location for the beach & boardwalk. Nancy was detailed and very helpful in all of our communication. Check in and check out went very smoothly! We would absolutely stay here again.

Fun family vacation

We had an amazing time at this condo. It was the perfect fit for our large crew. Each bedroom having a bathroom attached was a great perk. The location was great - a few steps from the beach, the boardwalk, great food, and other amenities. The property was clean and comfortable. The beds were comfortable, too. The condo owner gave great information and was prompt with communication. I wish we had stayed longer. Will definitely be back!

Our entire experience was amazing. Nancy was responsive and the unit was exactly as described. Location couldn’t be better. When we got home we realized we had left something behind and I contacted Nancy who immediately arranged to ship the item to us. We will definitely be back!!

Breath taking views!

Beautiful condo! The views were incredible. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. The staff was amazing when we had a small issue and responded within minutes. The location is perfect. My husband and I stayed here for sunfest 2024. The living room was very comfortable and the kitchen was perfect. If I had to complain about anything it would be the shower head not being very powerful but it still was fine. Oh and the jetted tub worked great for a relaxing down time before bed. I will definitely rent this place again!!

Great ocean views and close to all the OC action.

The property was clean upon entering. Linens and towels were delivered and the beds were made. Only reason for not giving the property 5 stars for cleanliness is due to the musty odor in the master bedroom. Running the ceiling fan in the bedroom helped to lessen the odor. All-in-all, we had a great time and I would rent this unit again!

Spacious and convenient rental

There was enough space for each family member to be comfortable, we never felt on top of each other. The property was very clean and the elevator in the building always worked. You can’t beat the proximity to the boardwalk. The only criticism I have is the lights on the exterior hallway are very bright and shine through the blinds to the bedrooms; blackout curtains are recommended. If you need darkness to sleep well, this may pose an issue. We ended up placing trash bags over the blinds to keep the light out at night.
