This is a premier Oceanfront condo, located on the sought after Belmont Towers complex. Right on the famous Ocean City Boardwalk! Participate in the full beach experience, be in the center of everything, revel in the gorgeous views of the ocean and the boardwalk - all from your balcony! This condo has great views, is just steps to the beach, and is surrounded by family-friendly activities. This location can't be beat! New this year are updated larger smart TV's. New living room and bedroom furniture and second master upgraded to a king bedroom set.

This is an Oceanfront condo, located in the beautiful 'Belmont Towers' on the boardwalk! Steps from Thrashers Fries and Fishers Popcorn. Fully equipped kitchen with granite counter tops and island seating. Family room has 65" QLED HDTV with Dolby 5.1 surround sound, high speed internet and unlimited local and long distance calling.

The condo has 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The Master bedroom suite has king size bed with jetted whirlpool tub to relax after a nice long walk on the beach or boardwalk. Bedroom 2 has a king size bed with a private full bathroom (Tub/Shower combination). Bedroom 3 has 1 full and 1 Twin size bed. The 3rd Bedroom has a shared bathroom with the hallway access. There is a large stand up shower. All bedrooms have Tempur-pedic style beds and include new smart large HDTV s. This location includes everything you and your family need while at the beach. Great for kids.
NOTE: This is not a Senior Grade Rental.

Linens are not provided, but are available for a fee. Your sheets and towels are delivered on check in date, beds made and picked up on your date of departure for the price of $145, this includes sheets for all the beds including pull out sleep sofa and 9 sets of bath towels and 2 sets of kitchen towels. The only thing you would need to do is strip the beds and put the soiled sheets and towels in the laundry bags and leave them in the primary bedroom for pick up. Or if you prefer, you may bring sheets and towels with you for your vacation stay. Just send me a message if you would like to add sheets to your reservation.

Property was an excellent location. Only negative was a karaoke guy dediced to set up on the boardwalk one night in front of location and blast not so good singing until midnight.

Very nice place. The only issue we had was with the coffee maker. Took over an hour to almost brew half a pot. Condo could definitely use a new one.

Great location

Although it rained our whole stay, the location of the rental made it easy to access the boardwalk with a ton of things to do. The condo was very spacious and clean!

Location location location.

Right on the boardwalk and beach. The condo was up to date and clean. Very easy to get to pretty much anything from the location. Super convenient for kids. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome girls weekend!

Beautiful condo!

The property itself was beautiful! That was our 3rd stay at the Belmont. Perfect location and ideal condo layout for our family. Only drawback were some pesky ants.

Perfect location

It rained most of our trip so we were actually in the condo most of the time. The location is the best. We sat on the deck and people watched. You can walk to most places - breakfast, lunch, snacks, and more.

Beautiful condo

Perfect location! Loved the three separate bathrooms. We had a few issues with the door code and handle , but the issues were resolved quickly.

Beautiful Condo

Very well appointed unit right on the beach/Ocean! Even though right in the boardwalk of the door was closed the noise level wasn’t bad at all. Beautiful furnishings and very comfortable for the 5 of us. Would recommend to anyone.
