Stunning corner unit over looking the beach and the boardwalk

South Beach 304 is a beautiful corner condo in oceanfront building with panoramic oceanfront and Southern views. South Beach is a luxurious building overlooking the boardwalk, beach and ocean on 7th street. Enjoy a large, spacious designer unit with all the extras plus an indoor pool, outdoor pool, fitness room, assigned parking and shops on the ground level. Beds include a king in the master, a king in the second bedroom, and a pyramid bunk with a trundle in the third bedroom (a double & 2 singles). Guest supplies their own sheets and bath towels, soaps and paper products. Washer and dryer in the unit for your convenience. An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.
This condo rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any 3 nights off season. Indoor pool is closed from January 2 to April 1.
Non-smoking. No pets, please. Our property owners do not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.

Great location and nice property

Overall the condo was great. But it does need a bit of updating. The carpet was pretty yucky. The beds were well used. The bathrooms were in great shape and the kitchen was well stocked. Laundry was great. The location was wonderful and parking was ideal. Even with the few negatives I would stay here again.

Family Holiday

This was such an amazing property and fit our needs perfectly. Me and my husband, along with our mom's stayed at this beautiful space for the holiday. It just so happened to be one of the coldest Christmas's in quite a while, but the view was breathtaking and the fireplace was such a cozy addition. I cooked most of the time and the kitchen was a dream. What was really outstanding for us was that everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom, this was so perfect. Would like to come back to visit during the warm weather. Take a chance and rent this property.

Amazing

The pictures do not do this property justice. The location is perfect if you have teenagers they can walk everywhere. Parking is right outside the condo, indoor garage. All safety precautions are in place to confirm security in the building. We also have 2 younger daughters, ice cream and arcades are a few steps away. If you are interested in the family bike rentals, they are located next building over. We have already requested for next year. Thank you for sharing your property.

Lovely condo right on the beach.

We are in our 60s and we rented the condo with our daughter, her husband, their 5 year old and 20 month old daughters. We all loved the place. Because it was only in the 50s, the indoor pool was a hit. Seating in the living room was spacious and comfortable. The beds were comfortable and had nice pillows. The kitchen was very nice with plenty of pots and pans. Included is a undercounter fridge...perfect for drinks and wine. It does need hot pads, tongs, and a large bowl. We used a pan to serve salad and to make pancakes. I point this out because that is literally the only complaints we had.

PERFECT!!!

Property was absolutely AMAZING!!! Check in was super easy and check out was just as simple. First thing I saw when we opened the front door was the stunning ocean view! Walking in you could smell the cleanliness!! Fully stocked kitchen, very clean, comfortable furniture. Each room has its own BIG flat screen TV, (almost every other property I looked at had tiny TV’s in the bedrooms, not that we watch a lot of TV but when we do I want to be able to see it lol ) also each bedroom has plenty of space with bathrooms connected to them! Bathrooms were super clean and the water pressure was fantastic!!! Perfect location!! I can’t speak on the noise from the boardwalk in the summertime because we went the 3rd week of October so it wasn’t too crowded. Really can’t say enough wonderful things about this property, it took me 2 months (literally) to pick a place, I was skeptical about this property because it had no reviews on VRBO (not sure about any other sites) but it was FABULOUS!!! Especially for the price!!! Absolutely perfect!!!

Great location/space but not very clean

The location of this condo was perfect! Right on the boardwalk with beach view. The space and layout of the condo fit nicely for our family of 7. Although the location and space were great, the condo was dirty. At first glance it appeared to be surface clean but soon realized that it really wasn't. The bedding (bedspreads, mattress covers, pillows), rugs and floors were dirty (I walked around in white socks for a short time and they were black). I think they may have only been quickly swept (I actually found someone's medical paperwork from 2 weeks prior that was just under the corner of the master dresser). The kitchen cabinet knobs were filthy and a bar stool in the kitchen had broken legs (good thing no one attempted to sit in it). An important note, the parking garage has very low ceilings and the third floor has sprinkler heads. We had a cartop carrier on our SUV and were lucky we didn't take one out. This condo is a bit expensive to have to clean yourself but if you don't mind cleaning and bringing your own bedding, it is a nice place to stay.

Great location

We love Ocean City and have had many vacations in OC. Things we loved about this condo: plenty of space, views, balcony, location (perfect), bathroom for each bedroom, parking literally out the door super convenient for loading/unloading and grocery shopping. Parking was very secure with our own openers, fabs to enter all doors. We felt very safe with our prime boardwalk location. We could walk to most everywhere we wanted!! Kitchen in condo was well stocked. Things that could be improved: 1-Updating in the condo: comforters and furniture. 2- Check in communication. Working with the reservation company was efficient, however, the check in envelope with stickers of information should be translated to an email of information! With this size of condo, price we paid and people in it, an Email of information with pools, gym (?), first floor beach showers, garage information, etc would have been MUCH more helpful and personal. 3- Bedding!! I understand that a linen package could be ordered. We brought our own, not convenient, but we did. After staying at a "luxury" condo in Florida last month, this was one item that was overlooked in this "luxury" condo. With the amount of beds and sheets required, would have been nice to be included. 4- Clean outdoor pool. This is not a reflection of the condo, but the facility as a whole. I realize seagulls cannot be controlled, however, we did not witness anyone cleaning the outdoor pool, which reflected on the pool deck.

Great location, spacious property!

We had a great experience at this location - 4 adults and 1 child for a week. Close to all activities we wanted to do (short walk to the arcades and rides on the boardwalk). Beach right there, indoor pool was great! Can’t wait to come back next year!

Beautiful and clean OF unit

We like the location because we wanted to be on the boardwalk, but being on the third floor you hear a lot of the outside noise. Honestly I think the waves are better north Ocean City but I’ll find out for sure this year. The place is expensive, like everything else these days, but if you want an upscale condo with three bedrooms and a full kitchen with a washer and dryer this is definitely a great unit.

This is an excellent property and we had great communication with the property owners who addressed all of our questions. Photos are accurate but the property is much larger in person. Great location, view, kitchen, wetbar. Thanks for a great stay.

50th anniversary in a lovely oceanfront getaway

Very spacious condo with everything we needed . Loved the jacuzzi tub , gas fireplace , comfortable king size bed . The first evening of our stay was a little chilly and rainy. We really enjoyed the gas fireplace it was so romantic.. Our balcony was huge with amazing views of the ocean with comfortable outdoor , sturdy furniture. Parking was very secure close to our condo. We had a wonderful stay. We will come back again.

Excellent New Year’s Weekend

We really enjoyed our stay ! The property was very clean and well kept. The location is great with a gorgeous view of the ocean. We loved the fireplace and also the two parking spots that came with the unit. The location of the parking spots was very close to the entrance to the hallway that led to the unit. Winterfest of lights

The property was very comfortable, convenient and the property management were great to work with. The only thing that was on the slightly negative side was the dirty linens and towels were left in the condo from the previous guests. I will definately look into this unit for our next trip to O.C.
