Come stay at our Regency 10 at OCMD

Beachfront and on the Boardwalk! Down around 21st street, so plenty of action, but not too loud. In a special spot of the beach where you'll never have to fight for a spot on the sand. Come out when you want to! Relax on the third floor where you can hear the ocean waves and peoplewatch the Boardwalk.. 24' double sized Balcony provides ample space for you and your family. Comfortable central-air and elevator access.

Entire unit has been completely redone. Bright and airy, fancy finishing, lots of space. This is your home away from home.

Master Bedroom- New King size bed and 52" tv and ceiling fan. Master bathroom features lots of storage and an oversized walk in shower. Bedroom has full ocean view.
2nd Bedroom- Twin Beds that can convert to King with wedge (though this room functions better as Two Twin Beds, wedge is a stopgap). Also has a ceiling fan and streaming TV.
3rd Bedroom- Twin over Full with Twin trundle. Streaming TV.
2nd Shared Bathroom features Iron bathtub with easy access for toddler washing.
Gourmet kitchen contains a built-in booth for seating and additional seating at island. New appliances. Keurig, Toaster, Dual Oven. New Appliances.
Family Room showcases a 60" TV with Comcast, Disney, Netflix, and DVD. Sofa converts to Queen bed.
Blackout shades in every room.
Laundry Room is full size and inside the unit.

ELEVATOR ACCESS to the third floor. Unit does have two small steps in Hallway and Master Bathroom.

PARKING: One dedicated space under the building (6' 4" MAX), 5 additional shared spaces for the entire building outside. Also, street parking nearby.

Downtown Location

If you want to park your car when you arrive and not see it until you depart, Downtown OC is the best. If you like downtown you will love this place. Great Location, great modern amenities.

First trip to Ocean City

We enjoyed our first trip to Ocean City. The condo was absolutely beautiful! It had plenty of space for our family and had everything we needed. The view was spectacular and the location on the boardwalk was perfect. Overall an awesome vacation.

Perfect Experience

From booking this property through check out, I had nothing short of a perfect experience. The host was responsive and accomodating, the property exceeded expectations and was comfortable, well appointed and in a great location, and the ocean view was stunning. Given the opportunity, I would book again in a heartbeat.

Excellent home away from home

We absolutely love this condo. The best we have stayed at in over 30 yrs coming to OCMD. We feel very much at home here and the unit has plenty of room for our family of 6. The unit is very clean with very comfortable furniture. Check in is as simple as it can be. Joshua and the host family are A+. Excellent communication before, during and after our stay. We plan on coming back here as often as possible.

Apartment was perfect. Very clean, modern and updated. It is stocked with everything you’ll need for the stay. The best part- it’s right on the beach! The balcony view is amazing. It’s also located on part of the boardwalk that is much quieter, but within minutes walk to restaurants/shops. Owner very responsive to questions. Has free parking.

Great location + elevator makes it a great experience for the whole family!

From the moment we saw the pictures, we thought this would be perfect for our family. When we arrived, the pictures delivered exactly what they promised. The Owner was incredibly responsive to any questions prior to check in and during the stay. The location, updated decor, cleanliness of unit, and designated parking spot added to the experience. The elevator is such a plus when you may have those with mobility issues who would still love oceanfront / boardwalk access but not in a traditional hotel. I would absolutely stay here again and plan to do so in the future.

Justin the host was extremely accommodating. We have stayed at. several z bro properties in the past which were acceptable with no major issues or problems. However our stay at Regency 10 and the unit itself was nothing but exceptional. Location. Cleanliness, essentials, furniture, beds and TV’ s were all in excellent condition and extremely comfortable. I could go on and on and still not totally express how pleased we were with the unit. September 7-10 2023

Great Family Getaway

Absolutely loved this condo! There was plenty of space for my husband and I and our two adult children
 and could easily have fit two more. It was cozy and had everything that we needed. The master suite was lovely, and the bed was so comfortable! The views were beautiful and the outdoor patio Was definitely used a lot. There were plenty of things to do within walkable distances as well as restaurants. The only remotely negative Is the parking. If you have multiple cars coming, it’s tricky but doable. There is street parking available so we just parked our extra cars on the street (which can be tricky) and the car that we drove around we kept in the space that came with the condo. Overall, the building was quiet and Joshua was very quick to respond to any inquiries that we had. Plus, left us a great gift! If our family is ever back in Ocean City, we will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location directly overlooking the boardwalk and beach. Easy walk to music festival venue, but far enough away to not be around noise or crowds. Beautiful apartment with great balcony and very nice kitchen. Cute care package with goodies and swag on arrival. Warning: Bring your own linens and towels, as none are supplied.

My family and I are so glad we found this place! It’s beautifully decorated, spotlessly clean, and the view is absolutely stunning! We especially loved sipping coffee from the porch while watching the sunrise. Furthermore, shout out to Josh for being incredibly accommodating and always quick to answer our questions! We loved that the property was updated/remodeled and so clean! Keep the cleaning people. It was wonderful to have such a fully stocked kitchen as we like to eat in half of the time we’re at the beach. The only recommendation would be for some sort of an oven pan to cook chicken in. It felt like home and we really loved the unit. As far as the building the garage could use more lighting. It’s very dark down there in the evening. Private balcony was great and loved all of the seating. Would definitely stay there again.

A Perfect Slice of OC

What an incredible gem on 21st street. We loved walking down the boardwalk, and being so close to the ocean. The balcony is lovely and offers the best views. The unit is incredibly clean and well-maintained. Our whole family loved it. We’d definitely stay again.

Beautiful view even though it rained.

The place was very nice and the owner was quick with replies to my questions. It was a crappy weather weekend, but since we were right on the beach, we were able to sit and watch the water by the fire place in this cozy condo!
