We always want our guests to have a smooth and stress-free arrival. To help prevent any surprises, we do include the details regarding the bracelet fees in the condo description and send text message reminders when a reservation is initially booked. However, I will certainly review our communication process to make sure all of our guests are fully informed and that these details are as clear as possible.
