Familles, amis et couples cherchant à se détendre et à s'évader, réservez votre séjour dans notre condo familial et convivial situé sur la plage. Avec Schlitterbahn et l'accès à la plage à seulement quelques minutes de votre porte, vous pouvez vous rendre à pied à n'importe quelle destination. Dormez dans l'un de nos deux lits queen-size ou reposez-vous sur notre canapé-lit, qui convient parfaitement à 6 personnes. Rafraîchissez-vous dans notre salle de bain propre et fraîche avec un ensemble douche / baignoire! Cuisinez facilement en appréciant nos nouveaux appareils. Détendez-vous dans la brise pendant que vous vous détendez sur le balcon intime. De plus, un espace de stationnement pour bateaux est disponible pendant votre séjour.
Lorsque vous planifiez vos vacances, prévoyez de rester chez vous loin de chez vous dans notre appartement avec un lit / une salle de bain.

Thank you for a wonderful stay! The space was spotless, the beds were incredibly comfortable, very beautiful decor . Owner was very responsive and helpful. We especially loved how homey it was. Kids loved that the beach was walking distance and the amazing pool. We highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay.

Girl’s Trip

The host was very responsive and helpful and we have great communication with him.We enjoyed our stay, was a short walking to the the beach, beds were super comfortable. The location of the condo was great.The kitchen had the pans and utensils to cook you just need to bring your seasonings Overall we recommend this place and I will book it again Overall we recommend this place

great location on south padre island

Great first floor condo with short walk to beach. Very clean, had everything we needed for a long stay. Excellent place to start a bike ride or a short walk to the free bus system. Would stay there again next time we visit South Padre Island

The condo was really nice. We definitely enjoyed our stay. It’s a short 6 minute walk to the beach, and the pool area is huge! We would definitely stay here again.

Very nice & cozy...just enough room for my short stay...close to everything & near the beach

Needed dishtowels & wash cloths for kitchen ...& possibly another roll of toilet paper! Other than that id stay there again!

Very satisfied, especially with EASE of communicating with property managers (sometimes this can be hard!) All calls and messages were promptly returned. Easy parking, walk to beach, NICE overall, wed cube back! Ps, SUPER CUTE beach themed Decor, we were impressed

Not as advertised

Didn't like being in a back parking lot. Door to condo, looked as though it had been broken into. Bottom lock on door was broken, didn't lock. The towel rack in bathroom came loose in my hand. Pulled the toilet paper, the roll fell in the trash can. The holder was broken. No extra toilet paper, no extra roll of paper towel. Towels, bathroom and kitchen needed re- washing with clorox. Not what we are accustomed too. My boys planned this trip for my 71st birthday, they were disappointed in this place and so was I. My husband and I fought all night to keep the bottom sheet on the bed. Please buy quality bed covering.Will not rent again and will not recommend this place.

Nice decor, mostly clean except for some dust on fans and kitchen lights. Comfortable for two people. Not far from beach. Quiet and not too far from restaurants, etc. Good price for off season.

I had amazing time. The room was clean and easy to navigate. We had wrist bands to go swimming when we got there. Two tvs to watch in each room. Nice patio space and cooking utensils. I honestly think we had the best location right by the water park, beach and not too far from the other attractions! Thank you for this wonderful experience! She was fast and responsive!

SPI Escape!

Unit was very cute and much more updated then a lot of other places I have seen on the island. The best part is that it was on the ground floor!! My mom is older, and when your carrying coolers and bags of beach stuff an easy out and easy in is a plus! Owner is very sweet and communicative. Beds are comfy! Only downside was that we couldn't find a mop. As we were taking the trash out and packing up a bag broke and it was such a hassle to clean up. We did our best, but I wish we could have mopped. Also it would have been nice to maybe have some extra garbage bags there but overall it was a nice stay! Thank you!

Lovely South Padre Stay!

PROS: I've stayed at this cute and clean studio before, but this time it was for a mother/daughter trip. The condo is in an excellent location on the ground floor, only a few minutes walk to the beach. It is an older unit, but the price and location are supreme. The decor is also adorable! Must try Yummies for breakfast and lunch! Cafe on the Beach is excellent for fried shrimp! CONS: However, it would help if there were more detailed instructions on locking/unlocking the door. In addition, both times I've come here they've forgotten to place a parking pass in my unit, so I had to call. I was told to catch the janitor passing by in the hallway and he could give me one. I wish there were a quicker solution, as I could be towed.

Worry free stay .3 miles walk from the beach.

The place was on the first floor right as you walk into the building entrance. Front door uses a code on a battery powered twist lock so you don't need a key or anything you can just come and go as you please without worry. The layout is nice with the kitchen and bathroom right as you walk in and the bedroom right after. The sliding barn door to the bedroom was very nice and quiet. The beds are both queens but unfortunately are very firm which made it hard to get comfortable. This is of course a preference thing. The bedroom TV was easy to use and to fall asleep watching. The living room TV didn't respond with the provided remotes besides power and volume so you just kinda watched whatever was on the Movie channel that it defaults to. The back patio/sitting area has 2 chairs to facing the Beach Waterpark and rear parking lot. Overall a great experience with a few minor nuances. Will def look to book here again on our next trip down to SPI.
