Vue sur l'océan au large de la plate-forme arrière de ce confortable, propre, maison loin de la maison. Parfait get-a-way pour les amoureux de la plage! Détendez-vous sur le balcon, barbecue, ou de prendre une très courte promenade à la plage (environ 2 minutes!). Les chaises de plage, jouets pour le sable et les refroidisseurs disponibles. Extérieure rafraîchissante douche de plage pour se rincer à votre retour de la plage. Grande cour clôturée! Parfait pour les enfants et les animaux domestiques.

Plan d'étage ouvert, il est facile de se détendre et se divertir. TV à écran plat. Gratuit câble, WiFi, et un lecteur radio / CD élargi. Cuisine bien équipé. Ou tout simplement vous asseoir sur le balcon spacieux et regarder les vagues.

Idéalement situé dans le centre de South Padre Island. Près de la plaque tournante de l'île de l'activité pour les repas et de divertissement en plein air. La navette de l'île libre, la vague, est tout près d'attraper un tour libre autour de l'île. Peut accueillir confortablement six personnes, et 2 lits jumeaux air sont disponibles pour les invités supplémentaires. Parking pour bateau si dispositions prises au moment de la réservation.

Perfect getaway

This cute little beach house was perfectly located to the beach and several restaurants and shops, all within walking distance. The house has a beautiful fenced in backyard with a table and chair for outside dining. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Beach towels and many beach items, including chairs, toys, coolers, boogie boards and coolers. Rose is an outstanding host and provided instant communication about restaurants, shopping and golf cart rentals. Highly recommend and we would definitely return.

Awesome

Everything was great. Rose was awesome. House was very welcoming. The only downside is from the listing you can't tell that the only access to the house is by 23 stairs. This might make it difficult for some.

Great location and roomy for family

We walked to beach each day which has easy access. Enjoyed hanging out on deck and grilling in yard area. Easy walk to grocery store, rental carts.

SPI Visit

Our family really enjoyed our stay at The Seahorse! We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. Fenced yard was a definite plus for our dogs! Short walk to beach was a definite plus!

Short stay but very comfortable

Unit was clean, easy to find and well stocked with cooking utensils. Short easy walk to the beach. Beach chairs and shade umbrella help keep us cool and out of the sun. Plan to stay again.

Perfect for our Holiday

The home was exactly what we were looking for, for our holiday getaway. It had a great yard for our dogs and was very convenient to the beach. It wasn't fancy, but it was clean and stocked with the essentials. I would definitely stay here again!

It couldn't have been better. Very good location and very clean. Nicely decorated, plenty of room. Beautiful yard to sit in and fenced yard bonus for our dog.

Just like the title says, this was a fantastic getaway. A short walk from the beach, restaurants and stores. The property was perfect, clean and everything we needs. Highly recommended.

Rose is a wonderful host. She made sure everything was perfect and set for our stay. Her home is lovely, clean and beautifully decorated. If you are looking for the perfect place to stay, and really close to the beach I strongly recommend her place without hesitation. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much, Rose.....

South Padre June 2024

We enjoyed our stay. The owner, Rose, was very attentive and easy to contact and communicate with. The house was clean and just as it was described. It was a close walk to the beach. There were beach chairs and an umbrella we could use. The house is close to everything. You could walk, but the heat was too much the last week of June, so we rented a golf cart to get around. You won’t regret staying here.

Perfect Beach house!

Great place to stay with plenty of space for our 2 kids, us and our therapy dog! The unit was very clean and the property manager was quick to respond to any questions. It is convenient to a grocery store and not far from the entertainment district and great restaurants! The beach access nearest to the unit was well maintained and we enjoyed taking our dog for a walk every day on the beach. The neighborhood was nice and quiet in the evenings. The backyard was beautifully decorated and comfortable to spend evenings and daytime relaxing in.

First time SPI holiday

The beach home surpassed our expectations! It was very clean, and provided 3 wonderful, separate bedrooms for our whole family. You could see the Gulf from the balcony and it really was only a 4-5 minute walk to the amazing beach :) It was well stocked with everything you need for a beach holiday. It also provided a great, fenced backyard for our pug to roam around in. I recommend it highly and our hopes are to return soon.

Wonderful stay on SPI

Highly recommended. The house was impeccably clean and was a SHORT walk to the beach. With three bedrooms it would ideal for a family. There is full kitchen and laundry machines. There’s a small deck for evening relaxation and a back yard for the same. The beach itself was gorgeous. We will probably be back. The owner Rose was great to work with. 100% satisfaction!

Great location

Loved our stay, great for teen, elder grandparents and dog. 1 block from beach access, plenty of fishing opportunities, close to store and restaurants as well as bus route. We loved our accomodations and did full Thanksgiving dinner. Only drawback was that we couldn't watch Cowboy's game but I brought my kindle and streamed on my TV service. Great fenched yard and balcony. Very nicely decorated and honey. We appreciate the host for excellent communication. Thanks for everything and helping make great family memories.

Wedding Guests

We (2 of us) came to SP for a wedding and were fortunate enough to stay with here. This dwelling had everything we needed and was within walking distance of EVERYTHING!! Getting to the beach was easy, getting to a restaurant was easy, getting to a grocery store was easy, EVERYTHING was easy!! The location was amazing and the accommodations suited our needs. We each got our own bedroom and bathroom and there was a washer and dryer that we utilized. What more could we ask for? The only time we used our car was to get to/from the airport and to drive to the wedding. Best on site communication with the owner who was absolutely awesome!!

Enjoyed our stay.

We visited this nice property for a 6 day stay. It was an easy check in and the air conditioner was on when we arrived. It was a comfortable environment to walk into. The rooms were nice and set up perfect for our family. It was great to have a washer and dryer as well. After time on the beach, all six were able to take a shower without running out of hot water. There were plenty of towels on property as well. The thermostat is set at 73 and locked in a box so you can not change the temperature. While that is fine with me, it did cause a little discomfort for other family members at times. Other than that, this was absolutely a place we would love to return to.

A place like home

Our stay at Rose’s place was quite wonderful. My family and I had an amazing time. There was 6 of us plus our furr babies and there was enough space for us without feeling too crowded. The 2 1/2 bathrooms was a major plus along with the beautifully decorated backyard with a patio set which allowed us to sit and watch our babies roam around without fear of them getting out of the backyard. Rose and Ezzat created a stunning view with beautiful plants and flowers along the backyard privacy fence. We all really enjoyed the view as we cooked out and enjoyed family time. There was a grill already present so we didn’t have to bring one of our own. Very convenient. We did a lot of cooking so it was very helpful that the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook including utensils to bbq. The upstairs patio was great for sitting outside and drinking coffee while looking out at the beautiful backyard scenery. The beach is within walking distance and there is even a beach access very close by. We loved having a washer and dryer. It was nice to do laundry before leaving so that was one less things to do once back home. We had the privilege of meeting Rose and Ezzat. They were the most nicest and welcoming people you could meet. There was a storm the day of checkout and Rose allowed us to stay until it passed. We really enjoyed our stay, would recommend this stay without a doubt and would definitely return in the future. Thank you Rose and Ezzat!!

Always a good experience

Just finished another trip at this property. We continue to return due to Rose’s hospitality, the beautiful yard, the very short walk to the beach (under five minutes), the beach amenities (chairs, toys, towels), and having pretty much everything we need for an extended weekend trip. You may want to pack your own baking sheets/muffin pans but she has most other kitchen items. We love visiting SPI and this house is quaint and perfect for our small family to enjoy the beach.
