The space
Our Los Cabos I #5 is a 2 bedroom/2 bath condo less than 1 block to the beach in the heart of the entertainment district.

You and your family & friends will be able to walk to dozens of great bars with live music, sunset margaritas, & restaurants with no need for a vehicle.

The beach is less than a half block away as this condo is at 105 E Tarpon on the east side of the busy 4 lane Padre blvd closest to the beach. If you have some work to do, WIFI / internet is at the property. Each bedroom and the living room does have a smart TV as well to enjoy your streaming service.

The fully equipped kitchen has all pots/pans/dishes/etc you need for quick meal prep for your family to save money as well as experience convenience. The stackable washer & dryer in the space allows you to go home with clean clothes and less work once you unpack.

For a family or friends with 2 couples, this place is perfect on bedding. Each bedroom has a king bed, and in the living room we have a fold down couch that's a small full size, as well as a lofted twin bed. There is a couch and we do also provide an airbed. Please bring bedding if you plan on using the added bedding.

The two full bathrooms make getting ready easier with multiple families or couples splitting the unit.

While this space is on the 2nd level, you will not have to hear noisy guests from above :) Though BBQ and/or grills are prohibited, the kitchen is fully equipped with pots/pans/dishes etc

Los Cabos is an 8 plex - so the pool in the courtyard is shared. Sorry - we do not allow pets. Our property is professionally managed locally by South Padre Island Trips at 2600 Padre Blvd open 9 am to 5 pm 7 days a week if you should need assistance.

Parking is free & off street for up to 2 vehicles front to back - no guest parking is available. Please note a golf cart is considered a vehicle. 2 parking permits will be issued. In March as well as Easter, a condo/security wristband fee per person of $25 does apply and their use is required.

Our listing , REQUIRES that the primary tenant is 25 years of age or older to book & must be present at check in. You MUST contact us prior to booking if you are not 25 - no exceptions - though it IS POSSIBLE sometimes with additional requirements.

2.) Please take note we do require an E sign rental agreement with an attached photo ID after booking is made, We require to maintain our City of South Padre Island Rental License a signed rental agreement you may esign by docusign prior to arrival to be checked in with door code. If you are not 25, we do NOT allow you to book unless you contact us first :) though it may be possible with additional requirements

We provide an electronic code to enter the property prior to 3 pm day of check in, not before. You must have completed the docusign rental agreement and attached a photo of your picture ID, read the house rules. We will not provide door code for entry without these being done nor will we offer a refund for this. Please contact us prior to booking if questions

We provide all bed sheets, blankets, bath towels, face towels, hand towels, basic soaps & shampoos and a starter pack of dishwasher pods, trash bags, coffee, filters, creamer, and sweetener. These supplies are a starter pack and not unlimited nor re supplied.
