Bonney Lake rental

Rental property worked great for us. We were visiting for my daughter’s wedding. The bridesmaids got ready at the house and there was plenty of room. The property was large and peaceful. The games available was a bonus.

We'll be back!

We had a wonderful stay in this home. Bonney Lake is close to our relatives, but easy to get in/out to the freeways. Very large yard. We had two small dogs and it's not fully fenced, but we were able to put up temporary fencing which worked perfectly. We'll definitely rent here again. We loved the location and quietness of the cul de sac.

Christmas stay

Me and three of my family members needed a place to stay close to my other children and grandbabies to have a little Christmas get together. House worked out perfectly. Kids loved the game room!

Lovely house, lovely view

My family of 6 loved this house!!!! The pool table and arcade game were a hit with my kids! I loved the master bathroom bathtub with complimentary bath bombs that smelled devine, and my husband enjoyed the coffee k-cups! Would definitely stay here again.

7-11 Bonney Lake

We are so glad that homes like this are available. We send our guys out of town to work and it helps moral and productivity on the job when you can come back at the end of the day to a comfortable, relaxing place instead of a hotel room. Thank you...we will definitely stay again.

Moving

This home was very well appointed with a large private yard. The homeowner was available for questions when needed. Plenty of games to keep young and old entertained. The yard wasn’t completely enclosed for our pets and the homeowner allowed as to secure it with chain link fencing. It worked perfectly and now it is there for future use if needed! I would recommend this home.

Home away from home

We appreciate Dean always being so easy to work with. Our Plumbing crew loves the fact that after putting in a long day at the job site they have a comfortable place to come back to where each person has their own space to unwind. Also it helps that he has a pool table for the guys! :)

Just as advertised but the beautiful green grass was dead 😞 he did water while I was there. Beautiful home no tv’s in two of the bedrooms my husband was very happy with the house and some of my family came over to stay for awhile so we could catch our plane. Thank You Dean

It was a beautiful home in a very nice neighborhood

When first reserved (rented) my confirmation stated I had only reserved one room in the house. I cancelled sent message to owner as why I had cancelled the reservation He clarified that it was the whole house and no just one room. Asked to un-cancel the reservation. When he responded that I just needed to rebook the reservation, I did and he doubled to original price and added an extra person charge, where the amount of people had not changed. The home was beautiful and I enjoyed the stay just wish he would have been more upfront in the beginning and not double charged for the same accommodations.

Linda, I want to apologize for any misunderstanding. When you booked, I was offering a single room option. When I saw that you had cancelled, I had decided for whole house rental only, which would have been reflected in the price sent to you. I had no idea that you didnt want the house, as you booked with the new price. I apologize. And would be willing to adjust, any future stay for yourself, or guests you might send my way. Felt like we were being watched

The home looks beautiful from the outside but the first red flag was the fifth wheel camper next to the home that had the slides outs open, vents open and plugged in. We were at the end of the cul de sac but a vehicle would drive slowly by the house and the driver would just wave. We wondered who that might be only to have the same vehicle later in our stay parked on the property next to the camper. Upon entering the home we felt as if we were in a bachelor’s home that simply left for the weekend as the coat closet was full of a man’s clothing. There are personal pictures around the home enhancing the feel that the owner just left for the weekend. Then….we found a camera plugged in the living room. That was completely unacceptable and we feared there may be more that we didn’t find. After the first night we discovered that someone was actually staying in the camper on the property which was NOT disclosed in the listing. How do you expect to be comfortable sitting on the deck or use the yard when you are looking at a camper that you assume the owner is looking at you. Also, the main reason we choose this property was the fire pit only to find a note inside the house telling us there is a fire ban and that we can’t use the pit. This would have been great info to know ahead of our visit. The bathrooms have small amounts of shampoo, conditioner and only half bottle of sample size body wash. Lastly, there is only air conditioning in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom had a massive portable unit in the middle of the room with a huge hose attached 5 ft away to the window that can NOT close the shades the last 12-15 minutes inches at the bottom. Problem is your overlooking a trailer park behind the house that now have a clear view into the bedroom..We cut our stay short after one night as my wife was freaked out.

Mr. Roccaforte. The mgmnt. co. has been alerted to your concerns. And they will be remedied. The neighbors, are like neighbors found anywhere. As far as people waving to you, Bonney Lake has been found to be very welcoming. If the Ren Faire is on your schedule next year, please consider staying here again as my guest.

Great, central, quiet location - perfect for our plans

Dean is a fantastic host, met us when we arrived, reviewed the rental information and answered any questions. Would definitely consider staying there again if I visit the area in the future.
