Family Home close to JBLM/PLU/MT RAINIER

This is a home for the family. Enjoy this very spacious home away from home while in town visiting family, attending an events, touring Mt. Rainier, or just passing through. Our home is located in the Spanaway/Fredrickson area and is a short drive to many of the surrounding areas. This home is in a residential area with neighbors surrounding, however it provides plenty of privacy during your stay.

The home is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with two living rooms and a decent outdoor space. All bedrooms are located upstairs along with one living room and 2 full bathrooms.

It is a short 15 min drive to JBLM, 15 mins to PLU, 10 mins from Spanaway golf course and Sprinker Recreation Center, 25 min drive to Downtown Tacoma, 20 Mins to Puyallup, 15-20 mins to the local wedding venues (Farmhouse 14, Rock Creek Gardens, Edlynn farms) and an hour drive to Seattle and Mount Rainer.

Master Bedroom:
The master bedroom is a very comfortable and spacious space with a king size bed, a large walkin closet and onsuite. The master bathroom is equip with a soaking tub, double vanity and a standup shower.

Bedroom 1 & 2:
These bedrooms have a queen size bed with drawers for storage underneath along with walkin closets. The bathroom that these bedrooms share is just outside the doors and has a single vanity and a spacious tub shower.

Upstairs Living Space:
The upstairs living space has a very comfortable u-shapped sectional and smart TV and is great for relaxing and watching a movie. In this space is also a large oversized chair, this is a great space to read a book or drink coffee or just be comfortable.

Downstairs Living Space:
The downstairs living space is a open concept and you can cook, eat, and watch TV awhile being in a very close area. There is a smart TV, a full size couch, love seat, and oversized chair, all great for lounging and very comfortable. There is a half bath located downstairs as well.

Dinning Room:
The dinning room has a large 8ft table that is accompanied by two benches for sitting. This table is a great one to sit at with the family or friends and have a meal or play a few board games.

Kitchen:
This kitchen space is large and spacious with concrete counter tops and a custom island in the middle. It is fully equipt with pots, pan, mixing bowls, cutting boards, electric skillet, wine and bottle opener, drip coffee pot, plates and utencils.

Laundry Room:
The laundry room is located upstairs across from the master bedroom. It is equipt with a washer, dryer, iron and ironing board.

Backyard:
The back yard has a flagstone patio strung with outdoor lights and patio furniture during the summer season. The yard is a decent size and fully fenced for the animals to play.

Parking:
The driveway is able to fit three cars (two stacked cars on the right and one on the left). If a guest plans on having more than three vehicles during their stay we ask they please notify us. Street parking is not allowed at this location and the garage is off limits.

Overrall this house is a great place to if you are looking for a place that feels like home. It is our goal to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Guests will have access to the entire home and back yard. The garage is off limits to the guest.

All guests shall please remove their shoes while in the home.

*Only the specific guests noted in the booking are allowed on the premises, if there are additional guests on the premises without permission of the host, there will be a $500 per person fee charged to the card on file.

*There is a ring camera on the front porch, driveway and a camera on the back yard.

*Keep music and noise at a respectable level, quiet time is between 10pm-8am.

Please be respectful to all the items in the home. We have some puzzles, games and books for you to enjoy located in the entertainment stand downstairs. Please be respectful of all games, game pieces, puzzles, and books. Please try to make sure all puzzles and or game pieces are put back in the correct boxes and put back when finished.

Only pee, poop, and toilet paper can be flushed down the toilets. You will forfeit your entire deposit should you flush anything other than what is authorized to go down the drain.

As the registered guest, you're required to share this information with others in your party and take responsibility for any damage(s) they might incur during your stay.

This home has electric heating and air conditioning, please keep the temperature between 65 and 70 degrees.

We are dog friendly! We have poop bags, treats and a dog bowl provided, please leave the bowl when leaving. Pet fee is $100. If you have not confirmed a pet with your reservation, please notify us immediately. Guests are required to clean up after your dog inside and outside. If you plan to have your pet on the furniture, please place a blanket on the furniture before your pet lays down, this helps with the condition of the furniture and cleaning.

There is absolutely no smoking of any kind inside the home. It is required that you clean up after yourself when smoking outside, it is not okay to leave cigarette butts on the ground, please dispose of them safely and appropriately in the cigarette butt garbage on the back patio.

The garbage can is located on the right side of the house. If you are staying in the home on a Thursday, please pull the garbage can to the street on right side of the driveway on Thursday evening. Garbage gets picked up on Fridays.
