This unit is brand new to market! All new furnishings and kitchen appliances make this unit feel very modern and updated. With 2 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths, this beach oriented vacation townhome has all that you need to relax and get away. New flat screen televisions throughout, high speed internet, and HD cable provide you with plenty of entertainment should you encounter a rainy day. The included bicycles and beach chairs will have you on the beach in no time flat. This unit is pet friendly and kept meticulously clean to allow for a comfortable stay whether you bring your canine friend or not.

Perfect place

The place was perfect for our needs. We enjoyed the open concept kitchen allowing us to prepare meals while feeling apart of everything. Beach was close access and everything was bikeable. Place was clean & well maintained with everything we needed! We would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Excellent Stay / Just as described

Excellent property and location. Near pool but very quiet. Nice location, close to beaches by foot or bike. Bikes provided were very good conditions. Well equipped kitchen. Would stay here again. Had everything and was as described.

Perfect Getaway

This place was amazing! Very well decorated and clean. Easy walk to beach and had a cart to tote chairs, towels, and our mini schnauzer! Neighbors were all very nice. We will be back next October!

We love the landing space this place provides. This is our second year and look forward to returning. We love HHI. Suggestions for improvement are new shower caddy’s as the existing are rusted and perhaps some additional dusting but overall a fantastic stay. Thank you 😊

Great 6 night stay

We enjoyed our time at the property. It was as described with close proximity to the beach and restaurants. Could have definitely stayed longer. Only suggestion I have is the iron could use an upgrade as well as a full size ironing board. Otherwise fantastic.

Cute, Clean, Convenient

The property was as nice in person as in the photos. Just the right size for our family of 3. Our favorite part was the paved 10-minute walk to the beach away from busy roads. We loved the courtesy beach chairs and wagon—made beach time affordable and enjoyable. Also loved that the pool was right behind the unit. Four stars given for location because we felt the units and parking were a little crowded.

decent little condo

We booked a last minute escape here since Hurricane Helene ravaged our hometown. The location of this condo is decent. We loved the fact that it came with bikes, although we did have to rent a child's bike since the condo only comes with 4 adult bikes. Most parts of the condo have been renovated and they did an excellent job with the kitchen. We appreciated the beach chairs and wagon. The pool is right next to the condo and was very quiet during the time we were there. The management company used for this condo was lacking in communication, compared to others we have booked through. Some challenging parts about this condo were the teeny tiny washer and the fact that it only offered 3 normal size spoons for eating.

The units were not cared for and we always commented how we felt like number. We found island rentals this year and OMG, they are amazing. Rentals are clean and pristine and the company treats you as the renter so well. They go beyond and that is why they will continue to have our business. The best experience ever

Wonderful

Our family loves HHI. We have stayed in this complex for years. This property was easily one of our favorites. The owners have done a wonderful job with making this unit comfortable and equipped with everything you will need for your visit. Our kids loved that it was right next to the pool. Can’t wait to come back.

Great property! Highly recommend!

My husband and I stayed at this property with our two adult children 19 and 20 and small 12 pound dog. Property was even better than pictures! This location is absolutely ideal I would 100% stay here again. Thank you to the host!

Relaxing Stay in a Great Location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really enjoyed my stay here. Interior design with beach theme is very pretty. Furnishings are nice and comfortable.Appreciated bringing my dog as he loves the beach. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck with views of the pool. It was so nice that there is a gate on the deck so my dog could be on the deck without a leash to keep him from wandering off.Appreciated nice touches like a door mat and place to store and put on shoes at front door. It's a short walk to the beach and even faster bicycle ride. Thank you for providing bicycles. The only hiccups were that the condo was not ready at 4 pm on day of check in. The property management company called about 2 pm to let me know the cleaning crew was running behind and property would be ready about 5:30 pm. This is understandable during the busy season and spelled out in the rental agreement that one may not be able to check in at 4 pm.When I did check in, there were no sheets on the beds. This was rectified quickly with a call to the property manager.The condo was clean except for dust bunnies behind and under furniture. Some cleaning corners were cut by not scrubbing behind toilets in bathrooms. Appreciated the cleaning supplies so I could keep things clean during my 2 week stay.There was a stackable washer/dryer that I used frequently. My suggestion for a future upgrade is installing larger capacity appliances. It was impossible to wash bedding and required a trip to the laundromat. Might not be an issue for short-term stays.Condo is very nice and I would stay here again on another trip the Hilton Head.
