Le centre de tennis Van Der Meer est à quelques pas. La plage est à un pâté de maisons, et Coligny Plaza est à quelques pas sur la route. Prêt à vous détendre? Garez-vous au célèbre Tiki Hut et dégustez un cocktail glacé avec vos orteils dans le sable. Les restaurants à quelques pas, servant des hamburgers, des salades, des sandwichs et des glaces. Le décor de cette villa a été mis à jour et a tout le confort de la maison pendant que vous vous détendez sur le patio et sirotez vos margaritas.

Cette villa est une unité d'extrémité au premier étage avec une piscine extérieure juste à côté. La chambre principale a un lit king-size avec baignoire. La 2ème chambre est équipée de deux lits simples et d'une 2ème salle de bain dans le couloir. Ces lits jumeaux peuvent être convertis en lit king-size sur demande.
Nous sommes situés à 5 minutes à pied de la plage, des commerces et des restaurants. Nous sommes également à 15 minutes de deux centres commerciaux. La ville historique de Savannah, en Géorgie, est accessible en une heure de route.

Hilton Head est une belle escapade insulaire pour les golfeurs et les amateurs de tennis. Nous offrons 12 miles de plages et de parcs préservés avec des miles de pistes cyclables à explorer.

Great pool access. Furnishings were nice and clean. Layout was nice. It was clean, but the trim really needs painted and some kitchen and bath updates would help. Patio was a little more closed in with the shrubs than pictures showed. Didn’t really use it.

Dog Friendly HHI Rental

The villa was perfect for our family of 6 and our 2 dogs. It wasn't a far walk to the beach and the villa had almost everything we would need for a stay away from home. The couch isn't the same as the one in the photos, and it wasn't extremely comfortable (the back of the couch was a bit rigid and the arms weren't connected), but otherwise, the villa fit our needs.

HHI vacation

We have stayed in this unit several times. We like the location and that they are dog friendly. There have been some nice updates to the condo. I hope the bathrooms will be next as they could use some upgrading. We would stay here again.

Really good, affordable, pet-friendly rental in a wonderful location. Thank you!!

We enjoyed being at HHI for the first time. The accommodations were just the right size for our family. The only issues we had were the cleanliness, invasion of the big black/red ants, there was no broom in the property to sweep, however there were 3 dustpans, and there were no knives sharp enough to cut anything except butter. Our favorite part of the property was the pool.

Great location, clean condo

The condo was clean, and location was perfect. The bikes on site were handy for getting around. We brought our small dog with no issues, the island is pet friendly. The pool is not heated, which was disappointing, we would have used it more if it was. Pillows could use updating! Overall we enjoyed our first visit to Hilton Head.

Very comfortable condo in a great neighborhood. Close to everything and 5 min walk to the beach and park. Carlton the pooch loved it too. One recommendation….. new pillows!! All the pillows are rock hard. I had to borrow a pillow from a friend. We had a great 3 weeks stay

Great place

The property was perfect! It was ground floor and close to the pool. I slight walk to the beach. We ended up driving to the free beach parking and going from there, as some of us had some walking issues. There was one piece of the floor that was coming up, but that was it. Those things would be expected in a rental. Great place!

It was very convenient to be on the first floor/corner unit/beside pool and next to a dog friendly grassy area. The walk to the beach was easy, and the included beach chairs were the nicest we have ever had in a rental. Bikes were handy for a quick trip to the grocery store!

First the positives: - location was great for us- we bikes everywhere! - bikes on site ..awesome! - Quick response from Property Management when items were needed! Negatives: - Looks nothing like the listing - Dirty.. needs a deep cleaning.. - Unorganized (closets, kitchen) - outdated! It looks delightful and relaxing, but we felt like everything was 30 years old. Especially bathrooms!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Good week, visiting with daughter. The unit being first floor, was great. The bed was comfortable. We didn't use the front bedroom nor bring a pet. The sliding glass door was very hard to open and close.Otherwise, not much better, than others we have rented. It could use a very good cleaning. The fry pan are marked up very bad. They are the orange teflon ones. I never used anything else. The china was very nice. Plenty of glasses.

The condo was as listed. There were no furniture coverings and the furniture was horrible. When you sat down you pretty much went down to the floor. Vinyl flooring was bubbled and coming up in spots. The bed in the master is like climbing in and out of the Grand Canyon, very bad as you are sleeping in a ditch. The couple above walked so hard you had to turn the tv volume up to half to full volume to hear it. Shared trash was not picked up during one and week and overflowed. Bikes were a nice add and worked well. It is two and half blocks to reach the sand of the beach which was nice. The bugs were very bad on the patio because the bushes are so over grown. The kitchen is very very small. We booked this to go house hunting and now know what we do not want.

Great location

Reviewer Comments: The condo is in a great location with the pool practically outside the door. It's tastefully decorated and the bikes and beach chairs were a welcome addition. Our issue was with the upstairs neighbors. We brought our dog which we always do without any problems. We arrived late Thursday afternoon, went to the Piggly wiggly, came back to a note taped on the door stating our dog barked and cried for hours ( we were gone an hour) and we couldn't let that happen again. Apparently they live there and work from home. The next day it rained all day so we went shopping. We were gone 2 hours and came back to another note on the door again stating our dog barked and howled the entire time. This is not typical behavior for our dog but we ended up taking him with us everywhere which really put a damper on going out to eat, biking, shopping etc. The reason for the barking soon became apparent. The noise upstairs is quite loud. It sounds like they are moving furniture and pounding on the walls until late at night which would cause our dog to bark. If you are looking for peace and quiet or you want to bring your dog, you may want to look elsewhere!

This place was dirty

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arriving late Saturday evening to start our much anticipated vacation we approach the condo that we rented and are greeted with trash over flowing out of the can and the smell was horrible. We had to pick up the trash to get to the front door. Apparently the Saturday pick up was not performed. As we entered the condo it smelled so bad and was external dirty. The tubs still had soap pieces and residue in them, there was cat litter all over one of the bedroom floors as well as cat hair all over the living room furniture. The throw rug looked dirty and the floors never cleaned in who knows how long. When I mopped them my mop pad was black. There was cat poop in the pantry area where dishes were kept. Yes poop. We called the after hours number and received some help but I did have to go to the store and buy cleaning supplies to do a deep cleaning. My family and I spent two to three hours cleaning and washing the place to make it habitable for ourselves for the week. They promised that they would reimburse us for our supplies and the cleaning fee and it’s been two months and nothing yet. They do not return my phone calls or emails. Will never rent here again.

Great location with just a couple minutes walk to the beach and Coligny square. Lots to do in a short walk or on the provided bikes. Living room furniture was not the most comfortable but didn’t matter since we did not spend much time on it. Beds were comfortable.
