Stunning Big Bear property in the heart of the highly sought after Fox Farm area. Perfect for your next vacation or quick getaway. Gorgeous single story ranch style with lots to offer! Open floor plan featuring vaulted tongue and groove wood ceiling, 2 fireplaces, and incredible woodwork. Beautiful forest views and is just a short drive to the ski slopes, lake, golf, zoo, restaurants, shops, and National Forest hiking trails.
LIVING SPACE - Spacious 2000+ sq ft home with living room, ceiling fans, breakfast bar, dining table, TV, stunning floor to ceiling river rock wood/gas fireplace, and plenty of comfortable living room seating.
ROOMS & BEDS - 3 bedroom, 2 bath. Master suite has a queen bed, sleeper sofa, wood/gas fireplace, smart TV, and private bath with jet tub and double sinks. Second bedroom has 2 queen beds, and smart TV. Third bedroom has a double/twin bunk bed, and smart TV. Extra blankets and pillows are available.
KITCHEN - Stove with oven, double door refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, Keurig, dishes, pots/pans, spices, and more.
AMENITIES - Sun room off of the master suite with both a sitting and dining area. Enjoy nature, morning coffee, yoga, or wine under the stars. Foosball table in the living room and a mini air hockey table in bedroom three. Board games and card games. Smart TVs with streaming apps along with fast WiFi. Relax in the glow of one of the two gorgeous fireplaces. Laundry area with washer/dryer available.
OUTDOORS - Large fully fenced backyard with a 7-person private hot tub. Enjoy the illuminated large back deck with string lights with plenty of patio seating and furniture. Gas barbecue for grilling year-round.
PARKING - 1 car driveway and two-car garage with 220 EV outlet.
