Spacious ocean front condo in Ocean Dunes!

“Beach Dunn Right” is the perfect place to “do” the beach. The property has been completely re-done with new furnishings and updates. This two-bedroom, two-bathroom second floor condo at Ocean Dunes overlooks the stunning Atlantic Ocean.
As you enter the condo, the kitchen and dining area will be on your right. The kitchen has updated appliances and countertops. There are four barstools for casual dining and a dining room table that seats six for a more formal evening dinner. The living room flows from the dining area and draws you to the sliders that open up to the deck. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room and a television with streaming capabilities. The oceanfront deck allows for unobstructed sunshine and has a small table set for fun meals on the deck.
The primary bedroom is on the oceanside with access to the deck. The room has a King bed and ensuite bathroom with a tiled shower and single vanity. The second bedroom has a Full bed and Twin bed. This room has access to the full, hall bathroom with a shower/ tub combo and singe vanity.

Ocean Dunes is an ideal year-round vacation spot for families! Located at the southern end of Pleasure Island, in Kure Beach next to Historic Fort Fisher, Ocean Dunes occupies one mile of beachfront with several private beach walkways. Included with your reservation is access to all the amenities Ocean Dunes offers, as well as the Recreation Center. Amenities include three outdoor pools, a children's playground, tennis courts, a basketball court and a shuffleboard court. The Recreation Center has an indoor pool, whirlpool/spa, gym, saunas, and showers.

Don't miss the historic Fort Fisher area, and of course the NC Aquarium is a wonderful place to explore. You'll want to dine out at some of our outstanding restaurants and visit the Boardwalk in Carolina Beach for fireworks on Thursday Nights and Britt's Doughnuts anytime. There is a local farmers market at the Carolina Beach lake each Saturday morning, and outdoor movies on Sunday evenings. You'll never be bored on Pleasure Island.

*Please keep in mind that if you are renting a property with a pool during the off-season, it may not be open or available. Pools are usually open from mid- May to September, but dates can vary based on weather, permits, HOA guidelines, inspections, improvements, and unforeseen events. Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
