Oceanfront condo à Ocean Dunes

Bienvenue à Kure Beach - une petite ville insulaire décontractée située au large de la côte de Wilmington, en Caroline du Nord. Nous sommes à la maison à l'aquarium de NC et au champ de bataille et au musée de guerre civile de Fort Fisher. Promenez-vous sur la jetée de Kure Beach - la plus ancienne jetée de la côte est! Et si vous aimez les fruits de mer, c'est l'endroit qu'il vous faut.

Notre condo comprend l'utilisation complète du centre de loisirs Ocean Dunes, de la piscine intérieure, du terrain de basket-ball et des courts de tennis.

Ce condo est un condo situé au dernier étage et offrant une vue imprenable sur la plage depuis votre salon et votre chambre principale. Asseyez-vous sur le pont et vous vous sentirez comme si vous vous trouviez juste sur la dune de sable - vous êtes si proches. Nous avons deux chambres de bonne taille et deux salles de bain complètes. Nous proposons une cuisine entièrement équipée et un salon confortable avec un canapé-lit gigogne. Nous dormons jusqu'à six personnes et avons un parking pour deux voitures juste sous le condo.

La cheminée est décorative seulement. 1 reine, 2 jumeaux, canapé-lit. PAS D'ANIMAUX NON-FUMEUR

** À compter du 2 janvier 2019, le linge de maison sera compris dans toutes les locations de vacances de 5 à 21 nuits pour cet établissement. Beach view was perfect!The unit was dated but clean.Minor issue- It would be really nice if the deck furniture was cafe' height. It would give guests a much better view of the ocean.The stove is probably 30 or 40 years old and needs replaced badly.

Can't beat the view

It was perfect as far as what we were looking for we were looking for the ocean and relaxing. It worked perfectly could use a little bit of an upgrade, but really it wasn't that important. We will definitely be back. We enjoy this day.

Truly Ocean Front

This property is right on the water, just as pictured. The condo was clean and met all of our needs. The kitchen had all the appliances and cookware/dishes that we needed. The location was close to shops and restaurants. The property manager did a great job of keeping us informed by text. Great vacation spot!

Great Location

Great location and view. A/C lost Freon but it was fixed right away within an hour by the real estate after I reported it. It is a dated unit but other than the ac every thing was fine. I’m sure it will be getting a remodel soon. FYI parking a suburban under the house was too tight for my comfort so we just parked on the pad. We really enjoyed our stay.

Fantastic location and accommodations

The condo was perfect and had all the amenities we needed. It was great to have a full kitchen and washer/dryer. Furniture was very comfortable. Perfect location. Easy to find. Beach was beautiful and clean. Check in was seamless. Would stay again.

Great Visit

We loved the area and the location of the property. We were unable to use the washer and dryer because it got rust on our clothes when we used it. Washer and Dryers are very important to us when we are at the beach, so that was not great. We loved the place and the location. This was our first trip to Kure Beach and we definitely want to come back. Our condo was nice but dated, but you could not beat the location and the views and the deck. The couch was very uncomfortable. We loved the beach!

Perfect getaway

Our stay was amazing and exactly what we needed. The unit was beautiful, clean, and had everything you need for your stay. The location was gorgeous and the rec center was a bunch of fun for our sons. Thank you!

loved being oceanfront (without dunes)

Being right ON the ocean was breathtaking, peaceful, energizing and perfect, with no dunes blocking the view (& worth the three flight climb each time, up & down wooden stairs). The furniture & furnishings (kitchenware, etc.) were comfortable and substantial - we especially loved the blue & white wooden deck chairs.

It had a nice view!

It was a little much lugging everything up to the third floor. If there was young people to help, that would of helped. The parking spot was difficult to get in and out of, because of the way it was situated.

Quaint, Comfy and Great for Quality Time

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Celebrated family member's birthday weekend here at the beach. Place has an absolute beautiful view and ideal location to Fort Fisher and scenic walks. Kure Beach pier is in outstanding condition, very pretty! Only disappointment was that the pool, hot tub and workout room was closed due to renovation.

Beautiful view/Super clean

This condo might be a bit older but super clean and had no moldy smells that we have had at other condos in the past. The view was immaculate, you feel like you are sitting right on the beach. We also got to see the coquina at low tide and it was beautiful. Only thing that happened to us (at no fault of the owner) was having to take another access to the beach on the other end of the building. A storm had knocked down the closest one right beside us that also had the shower for washing off our feet. But we made due found a mop bucket filled it with water put it on front porch to take care of our Sandy feet before entering. Having starter paper towels and esp TP plus sheets and towels included is a bonus. I highly recommend Ocean paradise. **one suggestion to the owner. It would be nice to have a couple bar height type chairs such as Adirondack style on the deck to be able to see the view above the deck rails but only a suggestion. Still fantastic view.

If you want to be on the ocean - this is it!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our second stay at Ocean Paradise and again Bryant Real Estate made checking in and out very easy and efficient. They were easy to get in touch with during business hours. It rained almost the entire time that we were there, but we loved watching the storms and rain on the ocean from our balcony - very beautiful and dramatic. We did get a few strolls on the beach between rains. We went to Carolina Beach for dinner on 2 evenings, because the seafood restaurant that we enjoyed before was closed. Even with the rain and closed restaurant, we totally enjoyed being there. It was actually pretty nice to have a different experience. We visited the aquarium on the rainiest day, and enjoyed shopping in Wilmington on the day that we left. The condo was pretty comfortable, even though I could tell that a whole summer's worth of visitors had stayed there since our 1st stay. It was fairly clean, but the carpet could use a shampooing, and the scent in the condo wasn't as fresh. The kitchen was clean and well appointed, and the linens were clean and bagged. All in all, a good getaway for us.

Kure Beach Condo

Property interior was a little dated; however, it was clean upon arrival. Beach was quiet and plenty of space between others. Overall a good time and a great experience. We would rent this condo again.

Ocean Paradise - Fantastic Location and Accommodations

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was perfect for us, a family of 5 that included my elderly mother, a brother visiting from out of state, and a 10 year old. The space was perfect for our sleeping arrangements, hanging in the living room together, and playing games in the evenings.The view was the best! This was important for us since my mom was going to spend most of the week on the balcony. We enjoyed the beach access being right beside us, the pool being there, and the indoor pool across the street. We enjoyed that we were further down Fort Fisher Blvd away from traffic and crowds. It was nice to drive into Kure Beach or Carolina Beach to grab dinner or do things, but nice to be back to the quiet afterward. We loved being so close to the aquarium and Fort Fisher! Those were fun for us to visit with the 10 year old!Ocean Paradise is definitely on our list to visit again! We love Kure Beach and we loved this spot! We will be back!!!
