Welcome to our charming budget friendly 3 bedroom bungalow in the heart of Renfrew, one of Calgary's most sought-after neighbourhoods. As soon as you step inside, you'll be greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere, with cozy furnishings and stylish decor. Each bedroom is a tranquil retreat, complete with plush bedding and plenty of natural light. The spacious living room and fully equipped kitchen provide the perfect gathering spaces for friends and family. Secured house with outward facing camera at the front of the building.
Guest have the whole house to themselves (including the laundry room in the basement).
There is however a lovely couple that live in the walkout basement but they are completely sealed/closed off from any access to the house (Separate entrance with their own amenities)
Guest who stay here need to ensure that they are comfortable with this knowledge. If you are not comfortable with having people living separately underneath you then this may not be the place for you (It is no different than staying in a high rise or low rise apartment, only this time there is one tenant that lives a level below you).
