Florida in the Summer

It was a very pleasurable stay in Ocala. Pool was great. House setup was really nice and quite. Very close to the town. We took nightly walks through the neighbor hood.. Very relaxing!

Memorial Day weekend

We really enjoyed our stay. It was very relaxing and peaceful. We enjoyed the springs and attended to am event in the equestrian center. Excellent time with my family of 6!

Great property

This is a wonderful property just as described. It was clean upon arrival and the pool was amazing! It was a hot week. When we arrived the AC was not working and contacting the property manager after 8pm was difficult. We didn’t hear back until midnight and the AC was not fixed until the next day at 5pm. It did work properly after the technician came. Otherwise, I would have given this property 5 stars! I would stay here again.

Lovely stay near the best of Ocala

We came to Ocala to visit the new World Equestrian Center but wound up enjoying a number of activities. House was perfect - spacious and comfortable. Thanks for the coffee!

Very nice rental it was very clean. My kids love the pool is a very quiet neighborhood. Not a lot of traffic, but definitely be renting this one again when we go back to Florida.

The guest house with a great personality.

My friends and I found this home exceptionally clean and comfortable.The house was well stocked with the essentials. High on comfort low on flash. I would stay here again. Also thank you to our hostess Delia who answered all our questions promptly!

Fun times

We enjoyed our stay. Great location. The pool had quite a few leafs in it but over all we still enjoyed it. The house was very well stocked and cleaned. The bed was fabulous! Nicely decorated. Big fluffy towels. The property manager was very quick to respond and very helpful. We would return.

The property was in a good neighborhood and central for our needs. Everything was nice and neat except for shattered glass on the larger backyard which cut up our dogs paw. There's also a broken tile in the master shower which may fall down at any time and hurt some one. Otherwise, we had a great stay. Suggest getting heating for the pool, as the temperature was really cold.

Disappointing

We recently stayed at this home for our vacation, and unfortunately, it did not meet our expectations. Upon arrival, we found the pool dirty, despite the homeowner's information indicating that it would be cleaned on Tuesday. After contacting Evolve, we were informed that the pool cleaning schedule had changed to Wednesdays, which was quite inconvenient. The most concerning issue was the two windows with broken locks, making it easy for them to be opened from the outside. Because of this, we didn't feel safe using one of the bedrooms. When I reached out to the property manager, their response was that the neighborhood is good and there are cameras. This was not reassuring, especially when traveling with children. Two days later, they mentioned that a handyman had visited the house but needed to order parts to fix the windows. This lack of immediate action added to our discomfort. Overall, the experience was disappointing, and we would not recommend this rental to others.

Wish it was better?

This is a nice house but it seems the company that is in charge of the property management are lacking. The company, Evolve, are the real problem here. We reserved this property months ago as we were visiting relatives that live in Ocala and after a search of properties in the area we settled on this one as we wanted a pool. Upon our arrival the first thing we noticed was the lawn was unkempt and the grass was extremely high, after entering the property we checked the pool and it was green, not a pleasant green but farm pond green! The house was dirty, the lanai floor was disgusting, this would be the space where you would be walking after getting out of the pool in bare feet! We checked in on a Saturday at 4PM and called the Evolve folks about the problems the next morning, the whole time the Evolve Management was less than stellar in their replies about our problems. They finally sent a pool company to check the pool on Monday and he put some chemicals in it and said it should be good to go by the time we came back to the house by 1PM. Nope it was still green, we called the folks at Evolve and they said the cleaning people that supposedly cleaned the house before we arrived mentioned the pool did not "look right"? After several calls the management people asked us what would be fair as compensation, we replied that half the cost of the rental would be fair, they offered us 200 bucks which was less than one days rental! I recommend you NOT renting this house.

Excellent house for a short-term rental.

We really enjoyed our stay at the house as it was very comfortable and clean. We found everything we needed in the kitchen, the bathrooms had hot water, plenty of towels, and toilet paper. The pool was clean and the porch was very comfortable. Easy access with a code on the door.

Perfect Get away

I really enjoyed my stay in Ocala. The house has all of the amenities for a perfect get away. The screened in porch and pool are ideal for morning coffee and afternoon cocktails. The neighborhood is great for a walk and thanks to the detailed house information, found a great park for walks. I would highly recommend.

Quiet and restful

Beautiful home. Pool is bigger then the picture appears. I pool heater would have been nice but we were there when it was cooler in the season. I highly recommend.
