The space Morning light drifts across the pool as you ease into the day with coffee on the screened lanai. The quiet stretch of fully fenced yard beyond feels tucked away, offering space to breathe and room for kids and pups to roam. Evenings settle in with a different rhythm - a game of pool in the detached game room, a movie on the 65 inch HDTV, or conversation around the fire pit under the open sky. Here, time slows and gathering comes naturally.

Sleeping arrangements
This single level home accommodates up to 9 guests across 3 bedrooms with 5 beds. Two king beds and three twin beds provide restful space for your group, while a queen pull-out sofa in the detached game room offers additional sleeping room. Bed linens, cotton linens, extra pillows and blankets, room-darkening blinds, and clothing storage including a walk-in closet, closet, and dresser help everyone settle in comfortably. Two bathrooms include a bathtub, hot water, and bathroom essentials.

Indoor living
High-beamed ceilings frame the open concept living area, where a large sectional and recliner face the 65 inch HDTV. Central air conditioning and central heating keep the home comfortable year-round, supported by ceiling fans and portable fans. Board games, a children’s playroom, and a theme room with arcade games, a pool table, life size games, and a game console create space to unwind. A dedicated workspace in a private area with an ergonomic chair, laptop stand, and surge protector makes it easy to focus when needed. Free washer - In unit and Free dryer - In unit add convenience for longer stays.

Kitchen & dining
The kitchen is ready for shared meals and slow mornings, anchored by a Samsung refrigerator, SAMSUNG stainless steel electric stove, Samsung stainless steel oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, and mini fridge. Cooking basics are provided, along with a coffee maker - drip coffee maker, Keurig coffee machine and hot water kettle. A dining table brings everyone together, and coffee is available to start the day with ease.

Outdoor living
Step outside to enjoy the private backyard - fully fenced, stretching across 1.5 acres of open space. The private outdoor pool (not heated) - available all year, open 24 hours, invites a refreshing swim, while the screened lanai offers shaded seating and an outdoor dining area. A BBQ grill - gas, fire pit, and outdoor furniture create natural gathering spots throughout the day and into the evening. The home also features a private entrance and free residential garage on premises - 2 spaces, along with free street parking.

Family & services
Pet-friendly and thoughtfully equipped for families, the home offers a crib - available upon request, Pack ’n play/Travel crib - available upon request, and Standalone high chair - available upon request. Children’s dinnerware, baby safety gates, outlet covers, and board games are available. Exterior security cameras on property, including a Ring camera at the front door and a Ring Floodlight in the driveway attached to the game room, support peace of mind. Self check-in with a smart lock makes arrival simple. We do not put a limit on the number of dogs people can have…We state 2 but are open to more depending on breed (training)
