- Please be advised that we ask all guests to complete our secure, online guest verification portal after your reservation is created. You will receive an email from our software partner, Superhog, shortly after your reservation is confirmed. Similar to hotel requirements, we ask that guests provide a copy of their government Issued ID and matching selfie. You will be given the option to either purchase a damage waiver at a non-refundable rate of $35 per stay, or provide a fully-refundable $500 security deposit. Please note that there is a non-refundable processing fee of $2 with the security deposit option. These measures are used to prevent fraudulent reservations, for identity verification and for the safety of all guests and homes. We take data security very seriously. All information entered into this form is encrypted and transmitted securely over SSL.
- Since this is an apartment, we are surrounded by neighbors. Please be respectful of their homes and keep the noise level low.
- We make every effort to make sure your stay is as enjoyable as possible, however, we cannot control the activities of our neighbors. It is possible that you may smell cooking, pets, cannabis or other scents within the building. Since this is beyond our control, no refunds will be issued for this circumstance. Please note that cannabis is legal in California, however it is still forbidden within this listing.
- Absolutely no parties, events or gatherings without the host's prior consent. No more than 6 people are allowed inside the unit at any time. We charge $100 per person, per booked night for any additional guest that is not included on the reservation.
-Exterior cameras are monitored to ensure accurate guest counts.
- Please treat our place kindly and clean up after yourself. We do ask that you remove your shoes and try to keep the space in similar condition to which you found it. Our cleaning fees are based on the expectation that guests do some general tidying up before their departure. In the event that the housekeeper discovers an unreasonable mess, an excess cleaning fee in the amount of $150 will be charged to the guest.
- Our cleaners are very busy with multiple turnovers each day. We will charge $20 for each 20 minutes, to our guests that checkout late without prior approval.
- For reservations longer than 14 days, one mid-stay cleaning is required for every two weeks of your reservation. We will send you a separate request for payment of the additional cleaning fee(s) after your reservation has been made. This will be invoiced at the same rate as the cleaning fee associated with your reservation. If you prefer a specific date or time, we will do our best to accommodate you based around our cleaning schedule.
- Wash your dishes and put your trash in the bin. Turn off the air conditioner, heater, ceiling fans and inside lights before you leave.
- Upon checking out, please place used towels and bathmat in the laundry baskets which are located inside the closets.
- Please be mindful of bed sheets and towels. Makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels. Please use grey washcloths to remove makeup and white washcloths for bleaching products. Housekeeping will wash all laundry. Unsalvageable linens/bath towels will be charged to the guest.
- No smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes allowed on the property (either indoors or the patio). Please feel free to partake in these activities on the sidewalk off of the property.
- Accidents happen. If you do happen to stain or break something during your stay, please notify us immediately via the Airbnb message system. We almost always have guests checking in and out on the same day. By notifying us in advance of any damages, we will be able to make sure the home is in proper order for the following guest.
- Quiet hours are from 9pm to 9am. However, regardless of the time, please keep noise to a minimum and be respectful of our neighbors.
- Sometimes unexpected events can interrupt travel plans. We strongly recommend purchasing CFAR travel insurance.

The homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest.
