Entièrement meublé et rénové une chambre une salle de bain loft. Cuisine stockée, lave-vaisselle, télévision par câble et WiFi gratuit et juste un pâté de maisons de la plage. Dans quelques pâtés de maisons vous pouvez marcher jusqu'au centre-ville de Seal Beach. Garage dans un garage commun avec une laveuse et une sécheuse réservée au loft. Ce loft est construit au-dessus du garage et à côté de l'appartement / garage est une maison de front qui est une maison de vacances séparée, si vous avez besoin de plus de place, ou si vous voulez passer des vacances avec la famille et les amis.

Jennifer was great in explaining everything as we were checking in and after having a couple of questions, she always answered her phone and texts. The loft had everything one would need and the beach was only a couple of minutes walk and Main St was only about 4 blocks. We will definitely stay there again.

VRBO double booked us for the entire weekend. We were celebrating our 40th wedding anniversary. I had booked a cottage 2 blocks from the beach in Seal Beach for the long Memorial Day weekend. We arrived Friday night with our expensive dinner in hand and ready to check in, only to be told there was an issue with our reservation. The host scrambled to find us an alternate accommodation for that night and we were told we had to call VRBO. I was on the phone with VRBO for 4 hours only to be told, I needed to call again in the morning. In the morning after being transferred around and on hold for 2 hours, a supervisor assured me I would receive a call back with my new accommodations by 1:30pm. This was now Saturday. Since I didn’t get a call back, I called again and gave the new supervisor my case number. He started looking for accommodations then since no one had. All they could offer us was a refund and they would pay for our room at the Hilton Hotel by the John Wayne Airport. This was about a 20 minute drive from the beach and a hotel room, not a cottage, apartment, condo or equivalent. We had our small dog and beach cruisers with us. Needless to say, it wasn’t anything close to an anniversary celebration beach getaway.

Nice and close to the beach and in a relaxed neigborhood

Cozy and Clean and very close to the beach. Parking inside the garage was very convenient. Had to climb a flight of stairs to get into the unit, so a bit tricky for me to get my luggage up the stairs. But other than that I really enjoyed the stay.

The apartment was great. Clean, well kept, and in a great location close to beach and village. The host is always available to answer any questions you may have. We look forward to our next stay.

Cutest little place by the beach in an adorable beach town! My son and I didnt wanna leave! Highly recommend! Jennifer was quick to respond and easy to work with. Id rent this same place out again and again!

Great location and has everything you need!

Wonderful stay at this cute vacation spot. The host was very friendly and prompt at answering any questions. Close walking distance to beach, pier, shops and restaurants. Grocery store was also a short walk away. Will definitely stay there again!

This is the second time we’ve stayed here and hopefully not the last. Perfect location, friendly neighborhood and sweet little apartment. The manager is super nice and responsive.

Exceptional Vacation Apartment!!!

Lovely apartment, clean, comfortable, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Jenn, the owner, could not have been more accommodating! So convenient to the beach and charming Main Street. I not only highly recommend this apartment, I am booking it again any time I visit family in the area.

Perfect location

This property is located in the perfect place. 2 min walk to the beach. Stores and all needed amenities in walking distance or a short drive. Having parking available was a plus as well. The home was beautiful, clean and extremely comfortable to stay in. The host was so nice and checked on us daily. Check in and out was a breeze. I couldn't have asked for a better stay.

This is a great place for a couple. Old Towne Seal Beach is a quiet and well kept secret in SoCal. Everything we needed was there and the owner was prompt and responsive. Steps to the beach, shops and restaurants.
