Perfect for a group of friends or family vacation to the mountains our freshly renovated and ultra charming mountain cottage boasts all that you need for a relaxing and memorable vacation to Big Bear! Enjoy forested tree top deck views as you relax and rejuvenate in this relaxing alpine atmosphere! Hop in the car and you are roughly ten minutes to all local activities including the ski resorts, marina, and shopping areas, the possibilities are endless from here!
Enter your cozy and warm living room area where you are immediately greeted with beautiful hardwood floors, knotty pine wall and ceiling accents, and big open windows that provide the perfect balance of natural lighting and views of the forested neighborhood and snow falling outside. Snuggle up together in front of the toasty wood burning fireplace as you warm your toes and pop on a movie on the flat screen Streaming TV with complimentary hi speed WIFI internet provided for your enjoyment. (Guests must have their own accounts to enjoy Streaming Services.)
Around the corner your equipped kitchen and dining areas offer you all that you need to whip up home cooked feasts and slope side snacks right here at the cabin including oak cabinets stocked with cookware and utensils, stainless appliances, and a cute bistro style dining table. A spacious lower level bathroom and bedroom are easily accessible here on the entry level while upstairs is a spacious loft bedroom that adds to your sleeping arrangements- all of your rooms are made up for your group's arrival with warm linens, blankets, pillows, and fresh shower towels for you when you arrive for your vacation stay. There is No Street Parking Allowed in Big Bear- Make Every Attempt to Get Cars Off the Street for Snowplows. November thru April the law requires snow chains in your cars.
Pet Policy-Pet Friendly Homes Only-$40/Pet/Night
Pets must be acknowledged and may not be left unattended in the home. Owners must clean up after pets; subject to added cleaning fees for violations.
All homes include clean linens, and fresh bath towels for the occupancy. A kitchen with basic cookware and small starter amount of dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags will be supplied. Paper towels, coffee filters/coffee, specialty appliances, nor condiments/spices/oils are supplied.
No Pay-Per-View Ordering in any homes.
No refunds/credits for cancellations or trip interruptions due to acts of nature, (especially snow, fire, power outages) weather, road conditions, mechanical or electrical failures, spa malfunctions, or other equipment factors beyond our control.
This is a forested mountain community home to critters- animals or insects you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects prior to arrival but cannot guarantee the home will be free of these forest critters.
We reserve the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if circumstances arise that are beyond our control and your property is made unavailable for any reason.
