We are already aware that it needs resurfacing, and we've had a vendor inspect it. We've received the quotes and are currently waiting for approval so the work can be scheduled. Thank you as well for letting us know about the plants in the backyard. We weren't aware of how toxic they are to pets, and we'll have our landscaper remove or replace them to make the yard more pet-friendly. As for the open PVC pipe, we're glad we were able to have it capped during your stay, and we appreciate you reporting it right away. Overall, thank you again for your thoughtful feedback. Regarding the pool heating, we offer it as optional since the equipment cost is high but you’re always welcome to use the pool without heating at no extra charge.
