This 4 B/R house is in a quiet community and features a backyard with swimming pool, lounge area, BBQ grill, and fire table and and as a side gated area for your boat or RV. This home is perfect for a weekend getaway, a week away, or a month long stay.

SLEEPING AREAS:
Master bedroom with a King bed and ensuite bathroom
Guest bedroom #1 with a Queen bed
Guest bedroom #2 with a Queen bed
Guest bedroom #3 with a Queen bed

COMMON AREAS:
Large kitchen with eat-in dining area, living room, and backyard seating areas. A fully stocked laundry room, hair dryer, iron & ironing board, and vacuum cleaner are also available.

(Children supplies such as high chair and pack n play are available for rent, please ask if needed. $5 per day per item, plus a $35 delivery charge. All fees subject to Arizona sales tax.)

PARKING:
Driveway can accommodate 2 vehicles. No garage access. 
**Side yard pad can accommodate a smaller RV/Trailer or boat**

All TVs have YouTubeTV for live action.

*We do our best to ensure guests have a 5 star experience. Guests will be provided with a start up supply of household items such as laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper etc so that upon check in you do not need to run to the store. If you have a longer stay planned you may need to purchase some of these items.

When booking, please let us know how many guests will be in your group as well as how many vehicles you will have on-site, as well as the nature of your visit. With that info we can make sure the home is ready for your group and that you have all the necessary supplies, linens, etc. WE are happy to answer any questions you may have.

LOUD PARTIES AND LARGE GATHERINGS ARE NOT PERMITTED.

Please only book this home if you will respect the neighborhood and its residents. Please limit noise when you are outside and observe quiet hours from 9 PM to 9 AM.

If your trip is more adventure focused, the home is located near the Red Rock Mountain. Saguaro Lake is not far away as well. This home is also located an easy drive to Major League Baseball spring training stadiums, the Barrett Jackson auto show, the Arabian Horse Show, the Fiesta Bowl and all the other great area events. 

If you are going to be travelling around the Southwest after your time in Phoenix, you can feel free to leave bigger bags here and use this as your base. San Diego, LA, Las Vegas, and the beaches of Mexico are all about 5 hours away. The Grand Canyon, Sedona, White Mountains, and AZ`s wine country are 2-4 hours. Take your carry-on, and leave the big stuff while you explore. We have been to almost every corner of the state, so if you want to know the hidden treasures, we would be happy to tell you our favorite places to visit.

Please note, because Phoenix is so spread out, we advise having a vehicle if you stay with us. Public transportation is not far away from our home, but it takes a while to get to most parts of the city from our home. With a car, we are convenient to most parts of the Valley, including downtown Phoenix (sports, restaurants, and arts), Tempe (shopping, restaurants, nightlife), Glendale (sports and shopping) and Scottsdale (shopping, arts, sports, nightlife).

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: 
*Pool is not heated
*Pets are not allowed here
*This home does have a sizable side yard pad with gate/lock for RV/trailer/Boat parking. 
*Noise ordinance set in place 9pm-9am. Subject to additional fees if not followed*
*Property vendors (pool, landscape, pest control, etc.) may access the grounds up to once/week and have access to the back yard. 
*Thermostats may have temperature limit locks (i.e. 72 deg.) to prevent being set at temperatures that may cause catastrophic damage in high heats or to help control out of the ordinary utility costs throughout the year.

Guest Access:
Groups will have access to all areas of the home and backyard. The pool is private and the backyard is fenced in. Pool vendors, landscaping and pest control service the home weekly, and monthly. They do have access to the backyard and this may occur during your stay.

The Neighborhood:
Very clean and quiet community in Mesa.

Getting Around:
We HIGHLY advise having a car if you stay with us, and we have off-street parking available for you. Phoenix is a SUPER spread out city (50+ miles in all directions), so while we do have public transportation near us, it can take a while to get to your destination by bus. By car, we are 20 minutes to many popular destinations.

We expect all our guests to not only treat our location with care and respect but to also leave the place in respectable condition for our cleaning team. We by no means expect you to fully clean the property before you depart and instead request that guests clean up their spills and messes as they occur and remove any extra garbage that may build up during the stay. Excessive amounts of garbage and extra messiness may require an additional cleaning charge for our cleaning

Not very home with comfortable beds!

Very nice home and well appointed. We enjoyed the cleanliness, decor and location. All of he beds were very comfortable! We were disappointed that the pool was unusable—the pump and vacuum didn’t work so the pool water was cloudy and dirty.

Great kitchen for gathering together

We had seven adult family members stay at this property during Thanksgiving. There was plenty of room for games, a puzzle and a gorgeous kitchen. The home was fresh and clean with every amenity.
