Great Mesa Location on a Cul De Sac corner lot! This 4 bedroom/2 bathroom home offers a bright open floor plan with plantation shutters throughout the home, beautiful hardwood floors and magnificent tile. There is a gorgeous kitchen with white cabinets, plenty of counter space, an island for entertaining and custom backsplash. Spend time with guests in the delightful backyard offering a patio, a relaxing gazebo, and a sparkling pool. Within Walking distance to Woodglen park.

The Ion Property Management team is available between 8:00am - 8:00pm MST for questions or concerns. Please contact us directly to inquire about better rates!

- For reservations with 30 nights or more, the standard cleaning fee will be doubled to accommodate a deep clean.

- Early check-in and Late check-out may be accommodated, subject to the property’s availability 24 hours before your scheduled check-in or check-out day. Please note that applicable fees will apply for these requests: $85 for any check-in between 12:00PM to 2:00PM and full night rate for any late check-out.

- Pets are welcome! Each pet is subject to a $250.00 non-refundable pet fee. Fines will apply if pets are not disclosed on your reservation.

- We do not provide propane for the property`s fire pit. If you need to refill the propane during your stay, please provide us with a photo of the receipt and we will reimburse you in full.

It was relaxing when my family left from visiting Arizona for the wedding a lot of space when they came to greet us before and say goodbye. We loved the grill and the pool. It was clean and the pool towels were ready. The master bedroom closet was big enough and my daughter used the closet full length mirror to prepare for her wedding. it was a nice visit thank you!

This was a great house. Lots of room, so many things for people to do. The outside space was perfect for a family. The beds were comfortable and everything was clean and convenient. I will definitely stay here again if we come back to the area. Highly recommend for a large group.

Great location, pool and outdoor were amazing. Kitchen was well stocked. Amenities were suboptimal, no soap in shower dispensers. All the board games are missing items need to play, there were a ton of roaches outside that showed up when the sun went down- even jumped in the pool. The grill and fire pit didn't have propane -also the handheld lighter didn't work to light grill. Bones of the property are there but effort is lacking.Tried to call the property management - they never answered or called back. Had to call VRBO the next day to get the issue resolved.

We just want to provide clarification, too, regarding the fire pit and grill. Propane is not supplied as stated in the listing, but we do reimburse the cost should guests decide to refill the tanks. While there is a grill in the property, it is not listed as an amenity as it is no longer functional. We appreciate you bringing the other concerns to our attention, including the shower dispensers, games, and communication experience, as this helps us improve moving forward

There were many good things about this property. Area was quiet and easy to get around, many amenities nearby. The pool was great and the yard had everything we needed. However, there were a lot of negative things to mention. One of the fans in the bedroom had broken batteries so we could not use. The fridge needed a water filter and the temperature was not what we would have liked. One of the tvs outside had no remote. I asked regarding coffee maker and starters in the home and was told there was a keurig and anything someone would need when getting started. The coffee pot was a pot so the pods I bought we could not use. There was shampoo, conditioner and soap but that is all. No condiments at all no salt or anything else one would need. There were long dark hairs in the tub, when we got there. There were cockroaches inside and outside the property. I did send messages about all these things and got a 'sorry' reply to all but that was it. Nothing was done to rectify any of these things. I would not stay here again.

This is a very nice property in a quiet neighborhood. The house is very well equipped with comfortable beds, clean bathrooms and a well stocked kitchen. The back yard is really nice with a pool, hot tub and bbq area. Unfortunately, the bbq was not functional so I would recommend getting confirmation if you’re looking to cook outside. Overall, we were pleased with our stay

Good House and Location

Good house and location, worked well for our trip. We were in town for a softball tournament and the house easily accommodated two families over the stay. The house is due for some repairs and needs some TLC but was in good enough condition that it wasn’t a problem for our visit.

House was clean, but poorly maintained. Towels and bedding stained. Deadbolt on front door broken. Tv worked occasionally but kept prompting to search for channels and buffering multiple times an hour. Outdoor amenities features in photos of property were not usable. Hot tub didn't work, though featured in photo gallery. Outdoor kitchen didn't work (no hook ups), and two fire pits had empty propane tanks. The photos depict perfection, but trim, baseboards and some flooring are damaged or stained.

Property is exactly as shown in pics. Pool is very nice size and lots of activities available in the backyard. The house is a relaxing space that could accommodate 8 people comfortably. All of this and close to restaurants & shops!

I was there for a baseball tournament and a hot tub was top priority. When we got there the hot tub water was freezing cold and appeared to not be working for some time. The poll was very dirty. The only TV that worked was the one in the family room. After several calls someone came out to clean the pool and they did get the TV in the master working by day 3. The hot tub never did get fixed! The property manager was fairly responsive when I reached out and always polite and friendly. If everything was working as it should’ve been I would have given this solid 4 star rating.

Family Relocation from Iowa

This was our final VRBO rental. Before receiving our home here in Arizona. I would compare this to our first VRBO in Chandler Az. As the property being by far a better choice then the first. The home is older but includes all the amenities and is very comfortable. I give it an A+.
