Welcome to your desert escape where you and your family and friends can experience a fun filled home away from home. Newly renovated, featuring themed bedrooms, indoor games, fully stocked kitchen and a backyard that is sure to have you entertained. Dive into our ***HEATED pool or soak in our spacious hot tub!
Take a spin on our bicycles or take the golf clubs out for a swing!
Centrally located in Tempe right off the highways near ASU, Scottsdale, Sky Harbor airport, hiking, golfing, local restaurants and shopping.
**** extra pool heating fee is $50/day not to exceed $150. We advise you keep the pool cover on overnight to keep the pool as warm as possible. Without the pool cover, the pool temp can drop up to 10° and will take a day or so to regain those temps. . Please give us 2/3 days notice if you would like the pool heated
The space
Our home is perfect for family gatherings or just friends getting together. Whatever the reason for your visit, we supply the entertainment. Outdoor games include darts, corn hole, ladder golf, giant Jenga, glow in the dark lawn darts or badminton (for our front lawn). Inside we have a retro arcade game with 1,000's of games along with numerous board games and an Xbox 360. If games are not your thing, wine and dine under our chandelier lit outdoor pergola or large indoor table. Nap or star gaze on our shaded day bed. Kickback and enjoy a S'more or cocktail next to the firepit. Soak your cares away in our spacious hot tub.
Pop some fresh popcorn and stream one of your favorite movies. Catch a game outside while lounging in the pool or on one of our many outdoor furniture options. After the pool rinse off in the dual head heated outdoor shower.
Our fully stocked kitchen is a chefs kiss! Start your morning off right with our coffee bar.
Appliances included; air fryer, toaster oven, crockpot, tea kettle, lots of spices, blender, kid friendly plates and cups and plenty of platters and bowls for entertaining. The kids will get a kick out of the snow cone machine.
Children are more than welcome, we supply a high chair, pack n play, games and books for the little ones. We offer a pool fence that we are more than happy to put up for your families safety around the pool.

The kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We used the grill and outdoor tv and lounge area. It was a quick walk to The Buzzed Goat for morning coffee, plus grocery stores were nearby. The drive to ASU for the football game was about 10 minutes, and the baseball stadium was about 15 minutes away. Overall, it was central to many things including the airport. The owners have made sure the house is well stocked with supplies. We had a comfortable stay.

July 4th gathering

I rented this place to host a small gathering for my mother on her 90th birthday. Everyone had a WONDERFUL time, including the birthday girl.The house is clean and comfortable, the pool and yard are wonderful, and nobody was bored. The location is very convenient.Thank you so much for the memories on an important day!

Fun Staycation

Place had everything we needed to cook. Home was clean! And the backyard pics speak for itself, we spent most of time there but the comfy beds were a bonus when it came to sleep time! All of us slept well. Everything was just as I expected! We would love to return for more fun in the sun!!

The Oasis We Needed

While we were in town for a graduation and some sight seeing, we could have spent the entire time enjoying the house. Every detail is thoughtful. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, darts and each meal in the outdoor area.

Backyard bliss

Cozy, welcoming little home for a quick escape with our family. The backyard truly makes this vacation home one of the most enjoyable we've experienced! Our teens loved the gaming, everyone loved the popcorn machine and snow cone maker. This mom of a family of 6 greatly appreciated the large capacity laundry machines! Heather was kind and helpful, very quick to respond to all messages. We will definitely consider this property the next time we are in Arizona!

Two families for a weekend

ZERO complaints. Ages 4 to 45 absolutely loved this house. Video games for the boys. Hot tub was used by all. Plenty of seating around the pool. Enjoyed the fire pit. Made popcorn twice in popcorn machine. Highly recommend. Our kids say it’s the favorite VRBO they have stayed at. Also, very convenient location. Close to target and a grocery store.

My 9 youth football team got a last minute opportunity to play in a tournament in AZ. We found less than a week before we arrived. Location location location!!! Son loved pool! Bedroom and bathrooms good fit for all. Neighbor was kind and threw volleyball back over fence often. Heather’s communication A +++

AMAZING HOSTS!!

Everything in this house from the coffee bar in the kitchen to every little detail in the backyard was exceptionally thought out! The hosts were very accommodating and I never had to wait more than 4 mins for a response with any question or concern I had! The hosts really put their all into making this place perfect and it shows! 10/10 hospitality! Stayed here for a girls weekend to celebrate our birthdays and had such an amazing time, we will be back!

Perfect stay

This was an awesome property and the owners were extremely responsive anytime I messaged them in the app. I never had to wait longer than a few minutes for a response. House is beautiful and well maintained! You won’t be disappointed.

Wonderful property for our crew of racers and sherpas. Property was well stocked of coffee, salt, spices etc. Coffee shop down street was a hit. Trader Joes nearby worked great for us. Host even had spare propane tank on site. Well cared for property. The only thing that could have been better would have been to meet the host and fam in person. Host was also excellent.

Great property for families

My husband and I stayed here with our four teenagers and a dog and really enjoyed it. My boys loved the arcade game and we all enjoyed the hot tub as well. Beautiful pool and the kids enjoyed the darts and cornhole games. The house was clean and comfortable in a quiet neighborhood. Heather was attentive and always quick to respond. Highly recommend and would definitely return.

Great family rental

We had such a fun and relaxing time! It was a bit cooler while we were there, so we didn't get to use the pool. Which was disappointing because it was clean, inviting & quite large. But the hottub & the fire pit more than made up for it! The hottub was large, clean & relaxing. We liked how it was tucked away for more privacy, especially if we had a bigger group. The outdoor tv was a big bonus! The 4 bedrooms were thoughtfully themed & fun. The beds, linens & pillows were so comfortable! One of our favorite parts ended up being the video game machine. If you are mid 40's to mid 50's, I guarantee you'll find your old favorite arcade game! We popped popcorn & played games like we were kids again. I do wish we still had young kids to bring to stay, it would be perfect for a family or even two. There is a very large lit seating area in the back yard to go with the large grill. The dining table has room for at least 8. They provide a lot of outdoor games, 4 extremely nice bicycles and 3 sets of golf clubs!! They also gave us the option to put a fence up to keep kids & pets safe from the pool.They have thought of everything! I could go on & on about this rental! It's obvious the owners know what they're doing. Reservations, check in & check out were a breeze. And the owner frequently sent messages to make sure we had all we needed. Nothing went wrong during our stay, but I'm sure anything would have been taken care of right away. We also thought the price is extremely reasonable!

Justin is especially into real estate and I enjoy being a host and catering to people so we decided a vacation rental was the way to go! With lots of blood, sweat and tears, we flipped our once long term rental into an inviting spot for vacationers.
