The Space:
This romantic 2,150 sq ft | 199 sqm loft at the Magia condo complex is a coupleâs perfect getaway to the Mexican Caribbean! The loft is equipped with all the comforts of home while the property has luxury resort-style amenities to ensure a comfortable stay in sunny paradise. After a stay here youâll leave rested, refreshed, and probably with sun-kissed skin!
The space features the following:
- The SITTING/LIVING AREA on the main level has a comfy L-shaped sofa and a beautiful natural wood coffee table set on a super soft floor rug. This area has been thoughtfully designed for interaction and conversation with a wall-mounted Smart TV & an Apple TV device with applications such as HBO, Amazon, Netflix, etc. for you to sign in on your own account when enjoying relaxing downtime moments at home.
- A FULL-EQUIPPED KITCHEN has high-end quality appliances and everything youâll need to prepare a home-cooked meal. Great for saving a little bit of cash or in case you donât want to leave your cozy love nest!
- 1 BEDROOM with a king bed on the second floor and 1.5 Baths to accommodate 2 guests.
- An upstairs full bathroom that features a SPA TUB where you can soak all your worries away and plenty of closet space to unpack all your belongings so that you can feel right at home.

The Neighborhood:
The property is located in Magia in downtown Playa del Carmen just a block from the beach and fun beach clubs nearby like Mamitas, Zenzi, Lido and Coralina. You'll be just a block from the famous Fifth Ave. where youâll find cafes, bars, restaurants, boutiques & souvenir shops, nightlife, & plenty of people-watching! Also you'll find vibrant shopping malls nearby like Paseo del Carmen, Quinta AlĂ©gria, & the shops at Calle CorazĂłn with dozens of boutiques, international chains, and restaurants along the avenue. Plus, you can walk to nearby supermarkets like Walmart, Soriana/Mega and Chedraui Selecto and convenience stores like 7-11 & OXXO.
Thereâs so much to see and do around Playa -- everything from the beach and beach clubs, water sports like snorkeling, scuba, paddle boarding, eco-parks with underground rivers, ancient Mayan ruins, cenotes (natural sinkholes special to this area!), private yacht tours and fishing charters, golfing, day trips to Tulum or Cancun and more!
Getting Around:
The property is about 34.5 mi | 55.5 km from the Cancun International Airport (CUN). Itâs best to pre-arrange your airport transfers. There are shared-ride and private vans as well as rental car options. Let us know if you need any assistance. Weâd be happy to help!
There's a private underground parking garage, in the event you're arriving by car. Also, when you drive around in town be aware of the parking meters you'll need to pay from 10 am to 10 pm. There are also public parking lots around town for a nominal fee by the hour/day. Luckily, however, the property is centrally located you wonât really need a car because everything is within walking distance. And for any activity further away, you can easily rent a bike, take a taxi, or go by âcolectivoâ (shared-ride vans) to where you need to go.

Important Notice: Childrenâs Pool Area Temporary Closure
Please be advised that major repair and maintenance works will take place in the childrenâs pool area from Monday, September 22, 2025 through Thursday, October 23, 2025.
- The childrenâs pool area will remain closed and fully cordoned off for the duration of this period to ensure guest safety.
Noise Advisory:
Some phases of the project will generate noise.
- Moderate noise: September 25 â October 7
- Intense noise: September 29 â October 3 (mosaic removal and concrete cleaning)
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to improve our facilities.
**There is ongoing building maintenance taking place, expect construction noise between 11 am and 2 pm and moderate noise until 6pm.**
The condo is currently for sale, so brief showings may be scheduled during your stay.
Please review this information before booking to ensure a pleasant stay.
- Travelers must be at least 21 years of age or older to book.
- Guests will be asked to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation.
- Guests might be required to present an official ID at check-in or during the stay.
- Depending on the booking site to make the reservation, a security deposit might be required, refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met.
- No more guests than those listed on the reservation are allowed.
- No smoking of any kind inside the condo! Drug use and illegal activity on the premises are also strictly prohibited. Failure to comply results in a $300 fine.
- No parties, events, or excessive noise after 10 pm. Please respect the neighbors.
- Electricity is included for stays fewer than 28 nights. For 28 nights or more, youâll need to pay for electricity usage from day 1 of your arrival at $5 pesos/KWh consumed. The meter will be checked on the day of your arrival and again on departure to determine consumption. Please be conscientious of what you consume and always turn off lights and the AC before leaving as it consumes the most.
- Cleaning service is available at an extra cost. Let us know in advance to book it.
- Guests are responsible for damages that occur or extra cleaning costs as a result of their stay.
- Pets are not allowed.
- Please avoid hanging towels or clothes on the balcony/terrace railings.
- The property uses security cameras on the premises for safety reasons only.
- It is requested to use the safe in the apartment for all your valuables. We will not be held responsible for any loss or theft.
- Pool and common area rules and hours must be respected. The use of musical devices in common areas is prohibited. No glasses, bottles, food, or coolers inside the pool. Disposable or plastic glasses are allowed.
- We ask that you please adhere to the rules of the condo complex during your stay. Youâll be required to acknowledge and sign upon arrival.
- We provide essentials like toilet paper, soap, shower gel, shampoo, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwashing soap to get you started. Just note that these starter items are not replenished.
