Tod was great. we really appreciated he changed some plans to be able to let us stay the whole month of February. The condo is old Mexican which we loved. The beds were very comfy with new mattress pads. There were not enough pots and pans but when we asked for more a new complete set was delivered. Anything we needed was dealt with quickly. We did have trouble getting into the TV and both Tod and his manager came over to help us out with it. The pool was great, we only used it a few times but was always very clean. We would stay again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay in this condo. Incredible location, extremely close to Fifth Ave, yet couldn't hear the noise from Fifth Ave inside. Also, very close to a supermarket.

Awesome condo tucked away close to everything!

I stayed in the condo for a month. I usually rent a bike but there was next to no need with this location. Photos are accurate in the listing. The condo has everything you need to prepare meals. The grocery is 3 blocks away. Laundry is less than block. 5th ave is less than 100 meters away but not directly on 5th. The pool is refreshingly cool compared to others because it is not located on the roof. No noise traffic at all in the condo! It was a great stay and would definitely stay here again! Condo owners were communicative and property manager responded quickly to questions!

Pros: Excellent location right off the pedestrian Fifth Avenue and bonus points for being beside Ah Cacao coffee shop. Spacious condo with nice furniture and decor. AC in each room/area worked well. Ceiling fans too. Nice bathrooms. Good closets, TV. Salt and pepper shakers in the kitchen. Good sense of security with gated entry. Cons: The pool was closed, infested when we arrived (ear worms?) and later the dropping pods of the sacred Ceiba tree made an almighty mess so no swimming during our 2 week stay. These are annual events apparently so check about pool condition before you book. The condo gets little natural light and is inadequately lit so cooking is challenging; bring a book light if you want to read in bed or on the sofa in the evening. Kitchen has one pot and one useable frypan, unable to light the oven and no instructions provided. Potable water was provided in a half-full jug on the floor with no dispenser. We brought in bottled water from local shops (OXXO on 10th has better prices than 7/11) but this is a very pricey way to go. Drain smells when we arrived dissipated after wafting incense and with time. We both found the beds hard, the worst one is in the 2nd bedroom but a foam mat we found made a difference. In common with other places I have stayed there are no face cloths, dish cloths or proper dish towels provided although we did find some in a storage tub.NB there are steps inside the entrance, again to the condo door or up to the pool area.

Very sorry were not able to completely enjoy your stay. It’s frustrating to us that you could not use the pool. The pool has never been closed for two weeks before, but there is a large tree and it’s an ongoing cleaning effort. It’s disappointing we never heard during your stay about the pots and pans (the next guest mentioned it and we bought a whole new set) and in fact the beds (we purchased foam toppers for every bed after your stay). There are cloths etc and I understand it was explained that during high season the cleaning turn over was delayed and they had not put all the items out. We apologize for this. We always try to improve our guests experience and appreciate you letting us know where things fell short. Everything within our control we make sure to take steps to resolve. Thank you

The beautiful sun filled pool area is lovely and relaxing day or night. Although, close to the action, the property is quiet and peaceful and secure. There is a small private secret garden at the back which can be a nice retreat.
