Great property!

This house makes you feel so welcome and comfortable. From the awning on the back porch, to the outside shower and relaxing front porch, this house is wonderful. I almost want to not give a great review because then—selfishly—I may not be able to stay here, but my family and I loved our too short time on Lee.

Delightful!!!

We spent 5 nights in this home. Nice quiet neighborhood. House easily accommodated 6 pp with plenty of room. It was a little over 3 blocks to beach. I you don't want to walk, which we did not, we parked at the public beach access at end of Doubletree's parking lot. (If a weekend they will charge you $20 per vehicle which was fine with us) during week was free. The owner was very accommodating and will quickly answer your questions or concerns. We will definitely stay again. Loved going to the Big Rock Fishing tournament. Lots of fun and EXCITING!!!! Highly recommend this home!!

Lovely stay

We had a perfect vacation in this well kept beach bungalow. It was equipped with all our needs and beautifully decorated. Felt much more like a home than other vacation rentals where we have stayed. Highly recommend!

Close to everything

Beautiful neighborhood close to beach

This house was beautiful and had everything we needed. The beach access was about a 10 minute walk but there was also plenty of parking when we chose to drive. In the evenings we loved using the quiet outdoor patio with retractable awning. Highly recommend!

Everything was as listed me and my wife and sister in law and brother in law had a great time the house was really nice and clean the neighborhood was really quiet and the neighbors was really nice and friendly we will be renting it again if we don't find a place of our own first

Amazing!

Everything about the property was amazing! There were 7 of us total (5 adults, 2 kids-8/5), and not once did we ever feel like we were on top of one another. The yard was perfect for our dogs and the neighborhood was nice and quiet, which was perfect for walking them in the mornings and evenings. Woody was great to work with and the entire trip was fantastic! We will definitely stay again!

Quite area

The location was great. Very quiet area. Quick access to store and beach access. The hose was clean and had everything we needed to make meals. TV on each bedroom so everyone could wind down and watch what they wanted. Woody was great before and during and after the stay. Will definitely try to book for future visits. Fire pit with the lights were a good extra.

Nice place , large bedroom master bath, literally 10 min easy walk to beach, quiet neighborhood. BBQ place two blocks away great food , dollar general 5 min away walk, supermarket 10 min drive.. enjoyed the stay

Great Location

We were very pleased with the location of the rental as well as the communication with the property manager. The size of the rental was perfect. The only suggestion I have would be to perhaps check behind the cleaning crew as the garbage from the previous tenants had not been emptied.

Perfect!

This property was absolutely great! The listing was exactly as shown. It was a beautiful property in a great area. Less then a 10 minute walk to beach access. The fire pit was one of our favorite amenities. Very well furnished. And the host was absolutely amazing. He made sure we had everything we needed and the one time we didn’t have something he made sure we had it in a timely manner. He was very accommodating. 10/10 would recommend this property to anyone!

Great location and size

Very enjoyable stay. The host, Woody, was proactive with communication and checking after we arrived to ensure everything was OK. The home was well furnished and stocked. The large lockable shed was great for storing our bikes and other items. It also contained several beach carts and boogie boards. The lot size was great for parking both truck and small boat and on street parking wasn't an issue either for the boat too as the neighborhood doesn't have a lot of traffic. The beach is in walking distance, although about 1/4 to the end of the street and another 200 or so yards to the public access. Would definitely stay there again.

Pleasant cottage, easy access to beach

This is a pleasant cottage in a nice neighborhood with easy access to Atlantic Beach. The walk to the beach is down a neighborhood street and across the main road-short walk but may be a hot walk, thus driving and parking at the Hyatt is easy. We enjoyed the shady front deck, the well equipped kitchen and beach toys, and comfortable LR. Woody, your host, is very responsive, helpful and available; one of the best hosts we've encountered.

Great place - would definitely be back!

Our stay was wonderful and the place was perfect! Great location very close to the beach and several good restaurants. The place was so clean and had amenities many other rentals dont offer! The home was also well kept and so nicely decorated that we enjoyed just relaxing at the house and enjoying the space on a few of our rainy days and took advantage of the large back deck for reading in the sunshine on some of the nice days. Woody was very responsive and helpful and made our check in and out process so easy! We will definitely be back!
