Pet friendly-Leafy Ground Floor Studio -Secure Courtyard, quiet neighbourhood

Light open plan ground floor Studio in a quiet neighbourhood opposite a park. Glass door leads into a secure green courtyard with a large covered Alfresco & BBQ facility. Featuring a bold graphic wall, a range of modern appliances, including undercounter fridge with freezer, microwave, gas cooktop and oven. Conveniently located with easy access to all Canberra has to offer. Lots of free on street parking. Pet friendly - please let me know if you are travelling with you beloved pet and describe who they are.

I have prepared a list of some of the amenities I provide:

FOR THE HUMANS:
BATHROOM AND LAUNDRY:
I provide shampoo, conditioner, body wash, sanitizer as well as all essential male and female toiletries and emergency toothbrush kit, extra toilet paper in vanity under the bathroom wash basin for those travelers who may have forgotten something or for those who may be flying in.
Towels include: face cloth, hand towel, bath towel per guests as well as a shower floor mat. There is a box with a swimming towel and sunblock. The bathroom has a shower as well as dedicated laundry wash tub, washing machine with washing powder and softener and there is a clothes-drying line outside in the courtyard.

KITCHEN:
Small milks, bottled water in the small undercounter fridge/ freezer. Variety of teas, coffee, small welcome chocolates, salt and pepper. The kitchen is a gantry style small kitchen with the only item not included as listed is a dish washer. Dish-washing liquid, sanitizing spray, tea towels, olive oil and a variety of pots, pans, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, microwave, gas cooktop and electric oven, eating utensils, plates, cups and glasses will definitely be enough to serve you well in your meal preps. There is a pantry cupboard on the side of the lounge with complementary snacks.

BED:
I provide a variety of pillows from soft to full bodied and a memory foam pillow in the robe. Mattress protector, fitted sheet, flat sheet and doona (duvet cover). Bed-side lamps and bed side tables for each of the two guests.

LOUNGE AND DINING AREA:
Kitchen table, 2 dining room chairs, 2 single sofas cater for two guests. A coffee table and a variety of cushions provided for your comfort.

ELECTRONICS:
Internet is fast. Wifi password on the WiFi box to the left-hand side of the glass sliding door on the floor. I provide phone chargers, wireless speaker, alarm clock - if someone happens to forget that behind. Heating / cooling is split aircon wall unit. Smart TV on a wall swivels so you can watch it from the bed as well, it connects to the internet with live TV & Netflix. Iron and ironing board in the sliding mirror robe, hair drier under vanity in bathroom, quality bagless vacuum cleaner.

OTHER AMENITIES:
Some stationery and a sawing kit in the bed side table. First aid kit, sanitizer, face masks and rapid antigen tests in the kit included.

OUTSIDE:
There is an outdoor dining area with 4 chairs and a table as well as a lounger with cushions. A small gas Weber Q - BBQ unit is located in the Alfresco as well with cleaning equipment under the BBQ in a cupboard. Courtyard is secure, screened with a well-maintained hedge. Directly opposite the street there is a great park. I hope you will enjoy it as much as I do walking my dogs.

PET RULES PLEASE:
Just a couple of request rules for the furry ones:
1. PLEASE NO PETS ON FURNITURE,
2. if you could please VACUUM ON DEPARTURE if excessive hair is shed,
3. please PICK UP after your pet's business.

There is a poop scoop outside to the right of the sliding door as well as doggie bags.
I would really appreciate it if guests could follow and observe these three above requests.

FURRY FRIEND'S AMENITIES:
I provide a poop scoop to pick up after your pet that is next to the sliding door in a container outside. Inside, in the sliding robe there is a box of dog goodies on the floor of the middle mirror sliding door inclusive of dog bowls, some toys, bags, towel to dry feet if its wet and some dog towels, pet shampoo in case you may need it if you have any accidents, dog leads and some small dog jackets for a small dog. There are also 2 dog beds one small and one large on the top shelf of the robe, but you may be travelling with your own bed if that is your preference.
