Beautiful and rare family and pet friendly (ground floor) courtyard apartment a 5 min flat stroll to the heart of Braddon and all its shops, bars, cafes and restaurants. Each bedroom has a king bed which can be split into 2 singles, plus an option for a rollaway bed, a total of 5 separate beds. 2 secure basement parking spaces. Pets will be safe in the fully fenced, private and secure courtyard (not possible for pets to escape). Free unlimited wi-fi, 40 inch digital TV with Netflix. Modern kitchen. A 12-minute walk to the centre of Canberra City and 100 metres away is a light rail stop that goes straight to EPIC.

Flat is very comfortable and well-equipped and in a great location next to Haig Park. We had a great weekend visiting with family.

Pet stay in Canberra

Lovely location near shops & cafes and a park area great for dogs. Nice clean apartment and Todd the owner very helpful and responsive to requests. Really enjoyed our stay with our two dogs.

We had a lovely long weekend stay in the apartment. Todd is a wonderful host with great communication. We enjoyed the comfortable beds and treats for the whole family and the dog. Very pet friendly with secure courtyard. Would love to stay again

Even better than it looks

What a lovely surprise, to find this place even better than it looked online! It really felt like home for those few days - very well equipped and such comfortable beds. The location is very central and easy to walk to lots of places from there, with a great Sunday market just down the road. Many thanks to Todd for the excellent communication throughout.

Very clean property that is pet friendly

The apartment was clean and had convenient space for our dog.The outdoor area is thoughtfully fenced off and gives you peace of mind when you are leaving your pet friend outdoors.

Thank you to Todd for providing such a welcoming home away from home in Braddon. We enjoyed the bright, sunny apartment which was so close to everything and so well-equipped. We really appreciate the effort Todd went to as a host to ensure we had a great holiday. Would love to return and stay again.

Excellent location, great accommodation

We were 4 adults & 2 medium dogs. Never felt cramped. It was very hot but the aircon & fans kept us cool inside & the courtyard had plenty of shade. Walking distance to the city & great bars & restaurants within 5 mins walk. Easy access to main roads for sightseeing further away. Good laundry and kitchen facilities, great parking for two cars. We'll definitely be back & recommend to friends who regularly go to Canberra but stay in hotels.

A great 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment in Braddon

We really enjoyed our stay - a good sized apartment, 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom that perfectly suited our needs. The property was clean and quiet (with good on site parking) and we loved that we could walk each evening to fantastic restaurants. We will be back (next time with our dogs because the outside courtyard is another bonus in this perfirndlu apartment!)

Great visit

Perfect 2 bedroom unit for our short stay. We were able to check in early which was very much appreciated. Convenient position, close to everything. Quick and easy communication with owner. Lack of lift from car park the only down side for older visitors but we were aware of this when we booked. Would happily recommend this unit to family and friends.

Great Unit close to the city

Enjoyed our stay at Todd's unit. Great for a small family. Everything was so easy for our weekend away. Check-in was completely independent so didn't matter that we arrive later then expected. The tram into the city centre is a 2 minute walk away and only 3-4 minutes into the city. Spacious secure parking. The unit itself was comfy, well equipped and would have to be the best beds we've slept on during a holiday stay. Would definitely like to stay again in the future. Would highly recommend for others looking for an easy stay in Canberra

Great family base

This property was perfect for our family as a base from which to explore Canberra - comfortable, central and close to some great breweries, coffee shops and markets. Todd had left really useful information for visitors, and the apartment was very well furnished and stocked. So nice to come home and chill out with a Netflix movie after a long day. Thank you!

Todd the Host could not have been more helpful. Great apartment with an easy check-in process in a great location. Thoughtful touches like a welcome basket of goodies were appreciated after a long drive to Canberra. I will definitely be back.
